All International Students，
为了切实提高国际学生的消防安全意识，普及火灾常识，掌握灾情逃生自救的基础技能，有效预防火灾安全隐患，学校保卫处与国际教育学院将于3月31日协作开展消防应急疏散演练，工大嘉园5号楼所有在住的同学们必须参加，此次演练旨在提高同学们对火灾安全的认识，掌握正确的疏散逃生技能，确保在紧急情况下能够迅速、有序地应对。演练期间请同学们有序配合，不要恐慌。现将相关事项通知如下：
In order to effectively improve the fire prevention awareness of international students, popularize fire knowledge of disaster escape and self-rescue, and effectively prevent fire safety hazards, the HIT Security Department and College of International Education jointly organized the fire emergency evacuation drill on March 31. All students who are living in No.5 Building of HIT Jiayuan need participate in it, which is aimed at raising the awareness of all students on fire safety, and mastering the correct evacuation and escape skills to ensure a prompt and orderly response to emergencies.
During the drill, students are requested to cooperate in an orderly manner and do not panic. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

四、演练目的Purposes
1.提高学生在火灾中的应急反应能力
Improve students’ emergency response skills in fire
2.熟悉公寓内逃生路线及安全集合点
Familiarize with escape routes and safe meeting points in the apartment
3.提升公寓管理人员和公寓安保团队的紧急应对能力，检查设备运行情况
Improve the emergency response capabilities of apartment managers and apartment security teams to check the operation of equipment
4.增加学生的消防安全意识及相应设备设施的使用
Increase students’ awareness of fire safety and the use of corresponding equipment and facilities.
请同学们务必安排好时间，准时参加此次演练。
