（卢静静/文）9月8日中午，国际教育学院2025级本科生春季学期第一次年级大会在正心12召开，会议由辅导员卢静静主持，能源学院、机电学院、仪器学院、材料学院、化工学院、建筑学院、土木学院本科国际学生参加会议。
At noon on September 8, 2025, the College of International Education convened the first semester meeting for its Class of 2025 undergraduates at Zhengxin 12. The session was chaired by counselor Lu Jingjing, with international undergraduate students from the School of Energy Science and Engineering, School of Mechatronics Engineering, School of Instrumentation Science and Engineering, School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, School of Architecture and Design, and School of Civil Engineering in attendance.
会议伊始，卢静静介绍了学院各职能部门的联系方式以及重要通知的获取与反馈渠道，提醒学生有问题及时联系老师。接下来，卢静静对请假规定、法律法规、校园安全等事项进行了细致讲解，并鼓励大家积极融入到校园生活，在跨文化互动中增进中外人文交流，积极参与到社会实践和学生工作中，提升自身综合素质。最后，卢静静就大一新生选课问题进行了深入解读，并对学生提出的相关问题进行答疑解惑。
At the outset, Lu Jingjing introduced contact information for various administrative departments within the college and highlighted official channels for accessig important notices and submitting feedback. Students were reminded to promptly consult faculty members should any issues arise. Subsequently, Lu Jingjing provided a detailed explanation of regulations concerning leave requests, legal statutes, and campus safety protocols. She encouraged students to actively engage in campus life, foster cross-cultural exchanges, and participate in both social practices and student organization activities to enhance their comprehensive competencies. The meeting concluded with an in-depth interpretation of course selection procedures for freshmen, followed by a Q&A session addressing student inquiries.
通过本次大会，同学们进一步了解了学校规章制度和校园文化，明确了未来努力方向，努力成为知华友华综合发展的国际人才。
Through this gathering, attendees gained a deeper understanding of institutional regulations and campus culture, clarified their academic objectives, and committed to becoming well-rounded international talents who are both China-friendly and China-literate.
