（蒋爽/文）2025年10月21日，国际教育学院院长赵异肖率队赴研究生院，围绕“产业与经济发展领军人才计划”国际博士生项目创新与常规研究生培养优化举行专题研讨会。
On October 21, 2025, ZHAO Yixiao, Dean of the College of International Education (CIE), led a delegation to the Graduate College and held a thematic seminar focusing on the innovation of international doctoral programs under the Leaders in Industry and Economic Development Program and the optimization of regular graduate training.
研讨会上，双方就跨学科联合培养与考核评价创新展开研讨：一方面将拓展校企协同，构建多元培养机制；另一方面则推动以实践成果为导向的评价方式，将产业效益、政策影响力及相关学术论文成果纳入综合考核。
During the seminar, the two sides discussed interdisciplinary joint training and innovation in assessment and evaluation: on one hand, they will expand university-enterprise collaboration to establish a diversified training mechanism; on the other hand, they will promote a practical achievement-oriented evaluation method, incorporating industrial benefits, policy influence, and relevant academic paper achievements into comprehensive assessment.
此次会议标志着我校国际化人才培养进入跨部门深度融合新阶段，双方将持续加强协作，共同构建具有哈工大特色、国际一流的来华留学研究生教育体系。
This meeting marks that Harbin Institute of Technology has entered a new stage of in-depth inter-departmental integration in international talent cultivation. The two sides will continue to strengthen cooperation and jointly build a world-class international graduate education system with HIT characteristics for international students studying in China.
