（李宇/文）2025年10月23日，哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院与国内视讯与安防领域领军企业——苏州科达科技股份有限公司在正心116联合开展国际学生专场招聘交流会。哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院院长赵异肖、副院长赵文代表参会。在本次活动中，我院与科达依托双方在国际学生招聘与就业方面的匹配度达成共识，共建“国际学生就业实习基地”并举行揭牌仪式，拓宽国际学生在华就业渠道。本次活动由国际教育学院国际学生就业负责人李宇主持，出席嘉宾还有苏州科达科技股份有限公司副总经理刘志强，苏州科达科技股份有限公司哈尔滨分公司副总经理李景华等企业代表。
On October 23, 2025, the College of International Education (CIE) of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and Suzhou KEDACOM Technology Co., Ltd. — a leading enterprise in China’s video communication and security field — jointly held a special recruitment exchange meeting for international students at Zhengxin 116. ZHAO Yixiao, Dean of CIE, and ZHAO Wen, Vice Dean of CIE, attended on behalf of the college. During the event, CIE and KEDACOM reached a consensus based on the matching degree in international student recruitment and employment, jointly established the International Student Employment and Internship Base and held an unveiling ceremony to broaden international students’ employment channels in China. The event was hosted by LI Yu, person in charge of international student employment at CIE. Other attending guests included LIU Zhiqiang, Deputy General Manager of KEDACOM, and LI Jinghua, Deputy General Manager of KEDACOM Harbin Branch.
活动伊始，校企双方代表共同为“哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院-苏州科达科技股份有限公司国际学生就业实习基地”揭牌。该基地旨在构建“学业-实习-就业”闭环培养体系，将为本科及以上层次国际学生提供定制化实习岗位，配备企业导师开展一对一指导，实习考核优秀者可直接获得校招面试绿色通道，助力国际学生快速衔接职场。
At the beginning of the event, representatives from both the university and the enterprise jointly unveiled the International Student Employment and Internship Base of CIE - KEDACOM. The base aims to build an academic-internship-employment closed-loop training system. It will provide customized internships for undergraduate and postgraduate international students, who will be paired with corporate mentors for one-on-one guidance. Moreover, outstanding performers in the internship assessment will gain direct access to a green channel for campus recruitment interviews, thereby facilitating a smooth transition into the workplace.

随后，苏州科达宣讲代表王爽通过宣传片与产品演示，详细解读了岗位要求与企业优势，介绍了企业文化、“技术专家+管理通道”双轨晋升体系及行业竞争力薪资；苏州科达科技股份有限公司哈尔滨分公司副总经理李景华明确招聘需求，即本次本科及以上层次岗位聚焦对俄市场商务拓展、中东市场技术服务两大方向，要求具备流利的俄语或英语交流能力，现场指导学生通过专属通道投递简历。
Subsequently, WANG Shuang, the Corporate Representative of KEDACOM, elaborated on job requirements and corporate advantages through promotional videos and product demonstrations, and introduced the corporate culture, the technical expert + management channel dual-track promotion system, and industry-competitive salaries. LI Jinghua, Deputy General Manager of Harbin Branch of KEDACOM, clarified the recruitment needs: this phase, the undergraduate and above-level positions focus on two directions — business development in the Russian market and technical services in the Middle East market, requiring fluent Russian or English communication skills. He provided on-site guidance, instructing students to submit resumes through the exclusive channel.

交流环节中，国际学生围绕实习基地培养周期、本科与研究生岗位差异、海外派驻政策等问题深入提问，苏州科达副总经理刘志强逐一解答，并表示未来会以实习基地为纽带，积极与我院共同开展国际学生就业专场交流会，持续为不同层次学生分享优质岗位信息。
During the Q&A session, international students asked in-depth questions about the training cycle of the internship base, differences between undergraduate and graduate positions, and overseas assignment policies. LIU Zhiqiang, Deputy General Manager of KEDACOM, answered them one by one, and stated that in the future, with the internship base as a link, the company will actively cooperate with CIE to hold special employment exchange meetings for international students and continuously share high-quality job information with students at different levels.

此次国际学生就业实习基地的建立暨招聘会意义显著，既为国际学生搭建了进入视讯与安防领域的职业平台，拓宽其在华及海外就业渠道，也为科达科技全球化发展储备了跨文化专业人才。未来，国际教育学院将与科达科技深化合作，通过联合实习、行业技术分享会等形式，推动校企人才对接，实现学生职业发展国际化与企业人才储备全球化的双向共赢。
The establishment of the international student employment and internship base and the recruitment fair is of great significance. It not only builds a career platform for international students to enter the video communication and security field, broadening their employment channels in China and overseas, but also reserves cross-cultural professionals for KEDACOM’s global development. In the future, CIE will deepen cooperation with KEDACOM, promote university-enterprise talent matching through joint internships, industry technical sharing sessions and other forms, and achieve a win-win outcome between the internationalization of students’ career development and the globalization of enterprise talent reserves.
