（姜钰莹/文）为帮助国际学生更好地适应校园生活，熟悉学校各项规章制度，国际教育学院于2025年10月31日召开秋季学期研究生年级大会。本次会议由学院辅导员王雪媛主持，商学院、经管学院、数学学院、物理学院及电气学院硕博国际学生线上参与。
To help international students better adapt to campus life and understand the rules and regulations of the university, the College of International Education (CIE) held a graduate student grade meeting on October 31,2025. The meeting was hosted by counselor Wang Xueyuan, and students from the Business School, School of Management, School of Mathematics, School of Physics, and School of Electrical Engineering and Automation participated online.
会议伊始，王雪媛对国际教育学院各办公室的职能及负责人进行了系统介绍，并详细说明了学院各办公室等核心部门的具体职责、办公地点及联系方式，为大家今后顺利办理各项手续、解决学业与生活问题提供了指引。
Counselor Wang Xueyuan started by outlining the roles, contacts, and practical details of the CIE's core offices, providing students with a clear reference for handling administrative tasks and addressing academic or daily life needs.
此外，王雪媛向学生们特别强调了硕博学生毕业要求及有关规定，提醒同学们需要与教学学院、导师保持紧密联系，结合具体案例，详细说明了学位论文选题、开题、中期检查、答辩等各个环节中需要注意的关键节点和时间要求。她进一步建议同学们：一要定期、主动地向导师汇报科研进展，珍惜每一次学术交流的机会；二要密切关注教学学院发布的各类通知与学术资源，积极参与学术讲座与科研项目，夯实专业基础；三要严格遵守学术规范与科研诚信。
In addition, Wang Xueyuan specifically emphasized the graduation requirements and relevant regulations for master's and doctoral students. She reminded students to maintain close communication with their schools and supervisors. Using concrete cases, she detailed key milestones and deadlines throughout the thesis process - from topic selection and proposal defense to mid-term evaluations and final defense. She further advised students to: regularly and proactively update supervisors on research progress and value every opportunity for academic exchange; closely follow announcements and academic resources from their schools, actively participating in lectures and research projects to strengthen their professional foundation; and strictly adhere to academic norms and research integrity.

年级大会最后，王雪媛还就同学们关心的宿舍管理、心理健康支持等问题进行了解答与交流。
The meeting concluded with an interactive session where Wang Xueyuan addressed student inquiries on various topics, including dormitory management and mental health support services.
此次年级大会为新老国际学生提供了学业指导，有效解答了他们在学业规划、校园生活及政策法规等方面的困惑。后续，学院将持续构建并完善国际学生支持体系，帮助国际学生更好地融入校园环境，提升学术能力与文化适应力。
This grade meeting provided academic guidance for both new and old international students, effectively answering their questions about academic planning, campus life, and policies and regulations. In the future, the college will continue to build and improve the international student support system, helping international students better integrate into the campus environment, enhance academic abilities and cultural adaptability.
