To help international undergraduate students clarify school rules and regulations, the College of International Education held the second undergraduate grade meeting of the autumn semester on October 29, 2025. The meeting was hosted by counselor Wang Xueyuan and part-time counselor Pei Chenxi, with undergraduate students from the Business School and the School of Management participating online.
会上，王雪媛首先深入解读了《学生手册》中的核心条款，重点涵盖了学术诚信、课程考勤、考试纪律以及宿舍管理规定等与学生日常息息相关的内容。此外，还向与会同学们分享了哈工大app的使用指南，现场演示了如何利用该应用进行课表查询、成绩查看、校园卡充值、图书馆借阅等核心功能。
At the meeting, Wang Xueyuan first delved into the core provisions of the Student Handbook, focusing on academic integrity, course attendance, exam discipline, and dormitory management regulations that are closely related to students' daily lives. In addition, the usage guide of the HIT app was shared with the attending students, and a live demonstration was given on how to use the app for core functions such as schedule inquiry, grade viewing, campus card recharge, and library borrowing.

接下来，裴晨曦就同学们关心的选课问题进行了讲解。并特别强调了假期离校报备制度，叮嘱大家时刻将安全意识放在首位。此外，他从人身安全、财产安全、交通安全及心理健康等多个维度出发，提供了实用的建议与求助渠道，并鼓励同学们积极参与校园文化活动。
Next, Pei Chenxi explained the problem of course selection that students are concerned about. He placed special emphasis on the mandatory leave reporting system for holidays, reminding everyone to prioritize safety awareness at all times. Furthermore, he provided practical advice and clear guidance on accessing support across multiple areas, including personal safety, property protection, traffic safety, and mental wellbeing. He also encouraged students to actively participate in campus cultural activities to enrich their university experience.

在最后的互动答疑环节，辅导员就同学们在会议中提出的各类问题进行了耐心、细致的解答。
The meeting concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where both counselors patiently and thoroughly addressed a wide range of questions from the students.
本次大会为新老本科国际学生提供了政策指引，未来，国际教育学院将继续通过系列主题年级大会等形式，为国际学生的全面发展保驾护航。
This meeting provided policy guidance for both new and returning undergraduate international students. In the future, the College of International Education will continue to support the holistic development of international students through a series of thematic grade meetings and related initiatives.
