（孟晓利/文）为切实守护教职工身心健康，强化健康管理意识，10 月 31 日下午，国际教育学院特邀校医院院长于洋、院长助理兼健康管理中心主任张凌燕、健康管理中心副主任谢琦，举办了教职工健康状况分析专场活动。国际教育学院院长赵异肖、副院长赵文及全院教职工共同参与此次活动。
To effectively safeguard the physical and mental health of faculty and staff and strengthen health management awareness, on the afternoon of October 31, the College of International Education (CIE) specially invited YU Yang, President of the University Hospital; ZHANG Lingyan, Assistant President of the University Hospital and Director of the Health Management Center; and XIE Qi, Deputy Director of the Health Management Center, to hold a special event on faculty and staff health status analysis. ZHAO Yixiao, Dean of CIE; ZHAO Wen, Vice Dean of CIE; and all faculty and staff of the college participated in the event.
活动伊始，赵异肖代表学院对校医院专家团队的到来致以热烈欢迎及衷心感谢。专题讲座环节，于洋深入剖析学院教职工整体健康状况与常见健康风险，系统阐释“防大于治”的健康管理核心理念。随后，张凌燕依托丰富临床经验，围绕高发疾病的预防策略、早期识别方法及日常保健要点展开讲解，内容详实且指导性强。
At the beginning of the event, ZHAO Yixiao, on behalf of the college, extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the expert team from the University Hospital. In the special lecture session, YU Yang conducted an in-depth analysis of the overall health status and common health risks of the college’s faculty and staff, and systematically explained the core concept of health management that prevention is better than treatment. Later, relying on her rich clinical experience, ZHANG Lingyan gave a detailed and highly instructive explanation focusing on prevention strategies for high-incidence diseases, early identification methods, and key points of daily health care.
此次活动是国际教育学院践行“以教职工为中心”、精准关爱与服务教职工的重要实践。活动不仅为教职工搭建了专业的健康交流平台，更以实用的健康知识与个性化指导为抓手，助力教职工以强健的身心状态、昂扬的精神风貌，全力投身于学校国际教育事业。
This event is an important practice of the College of International Education in implementing the faculty and staff-centered concept and providing precise care and services to faculty and staff. It not only built a professional health communication platform for faculty and staff, but also used practical health knowledge and personalized guidance as a starting point to help faculty and staff devote themselves to the university’s international education cause with a strong physical and mental state and a high-spirited demeanor.
