On October 30, 2025, Chery Automobile hosted a special job fair for international students at the College of International Education. As a leading Chinese automaker in overseas expansion, Chery has maintained its position as China's top export brand for 22 consecutive years since its establishment in 1997, having exported 4.3 million vehicles. It is driving Chinese automobiles onto the global stage through its global layout. This job fair targeted graduates from the class of 2026, with a focus on recruiting talents equipped with multilingual communication skills in English, Russian, Korean, and other languages, as well as cross-cultural collaboration abilities. The job fair centered on job opportunities in fields including overseas product R&D and management, brand communication, network operations, and after-sales service.

招聘交流会现场，奇瑞海外部人力赵华建通过企业发展纪录片、全球业务版图演示，全方位为国际学生讲解了奇瑞汽车的企业文化、海外业务布局及发展前景，同步解答了国际学生好奇的职业晋升路径、海外派驻、薪资待遇及专属培养体系等个性化问题。此外，现场还设置简历接收专区，由企业人力现场指导学生通过专属线上通道投递。
At the event, Zhao Huajian, an HR specialist from Chery's Overseas Department, provided international students with a comprehensive overview of Chery's corporate culture, overseas business layout, and development prospects through a corporate development documentary and a demonstration of its global business footprint. He also answered questions from international students regarding career advancement paths, overseas assignments, salary and benefits, and the exclusive training system. Additionally, a dedicated resume submission area was set up on-site, where corporate HR staff guided students in submitting their resumes through an exclusive online channel.
本次招聘交流会的举办，为国际学生搭建了进入汽车行业全球化发展的职业平台，也为奇瑞全球化布局储备了跨文化专业人才，有效拓宽了国际学生在华及海外就业渠道。未来，国际教育学院将与奇瑞深化合作，通过行业技术分享会等形式，持续推动校企人才对接，助力实现学生职业发展国际化与企业人才储备全球化的双向共赢。
The holding of this job fair provided international students with a career platform to enter the global development of the automotive industry. It also enabled Chery to build up a talent pool of cross-cultural professionals for its global expansion, effectively broadening employment channels for international students in China and overseas. Looking ahead, the College of International Education will deepen its cooperation with Chery by organizing industry technology sharing sessions and other forms of activities to continuously promote talent alignment between universities and enterprises, fostering a mutually beneficial scenario where students achieve internationalized career development and enterprises build up a global talent pool.
