To thoroughly implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era and promote the in-depth integration of Party building and various work, on November 13, the Party branch of the College of International Education, along with the Party branch of the Graduate English Teaching Department and the Party branch of the First College English Teaching Department under the School of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, held a co-construction signing ceremony and launched a themed Party Day activity. Zhou Zhiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, attended the event.
国际教育学院院长、党支部书记赵异肖同志作为共建支部代表发言，表示将通过共建实现资源共享与优势互补，共同提升育人实效和国际化办学水平。在与会人员见证下，三位党支部书记赵异肖、董艳焱、王艳薇共同签署共建协议，开启“党建引领、业务协同、共同发展”新篇章。周志国书记充分肯定共建意义，希望各支部以此为契机，推动党建与业务深度融合，将共建成果转化为学校发展动力。
Zhao Yixiao, Dean and Secretary of the Party branch of the College of International Education, spoke as a representative, who stated that through co-construction efforts, they would share resources and complement advantages, and enhance the effectiveness of education and the level of internationalization. In the presence of all attendees, the three Party branch secretaries—Zhao Yixiao, Dong Yanyan, and Wang Yanwei—signed the co-construction agreement, opening a new chapter of collaboration and development led by Party building. Secretary Zhou Zhiguo fully affirmed the significance of the co-construction and hoped that each Party branch would take this opportunity to promote the in-depth integration of Party building and various work and transform relevant achievements into driving forces for the university's development.
签约仪式后，马克思主义学院庞雨荟老师作《“夯实基础、全面发力”——从“十五五”规划建议看奋力开创中国式现代化建设新局》专题党课，深入解读党的二十届四中全会精神，为党员理解中国式现代化提供有力指导。
After the signing ceremony, Pang Yuhui, a teacher from the School of Marxism, delivered a Party lecture titled Laying a Solid Foundation and Making Comprehensive Efforts: Creating a New Situation for Chinese Modernization Based on the Suggestions for the 15th Five-Year Plan. She interpreted the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, offering valuable insights for Party members to understand Chinese modernization.
未来，国际教育学院党支部将协同共建党支部坚持“围绕中心抓党建，抓好党建促发展”的理念，携手将共建的“施工图”转化为发展的“实景画”，奋力开创党建引领事业高质量发展的新局面。
In the future, the Party branch of the College of International Education will work with the co-constructing Party branches under the guiding concept of focusing on central tasks for Party building and promoting development through effective Party building. Together, they will strive to transform the blueprint of co-construction into a reality of development and seek high-quality development in their undertakings under the leadership of Party building.
