（郑阳阳/文）11月14日下午，以“创新引领 数智赋能——让中文零距离”为主题的2025世界中文大会在京隆重举办。习近平主席复信应邀参会的61名青年汉学家，中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理丁薛祥出席大会并发表主旨讲话。中外政府官员、专家学者、高校负责人和国际组织代表等约2000人参加开幕式。
On the afternoon of November 14th, the 2025 World Chinese Language Conference themed Innovation-Led and Digital Intelligence - Empowered: Bringing Chinese Closer to the World was grandly held in Beijing. President Xi Jinping replied to the 61 young sinologists invited to the conference. Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech. Approximately 2,000 participants, including government officials from China and abroad, experts, scholars, university administrators and representatives of international organizations, attended the opening ceremony.

In the reply letter, President Xi Jinping encouraged a large number of young sinologists and international Chinese education practitioners to contribute their wisdom and strength to promoting the building of a global community of shared future. Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech. He stated that China will unswervingly advance high-standard opening-up in education, which will provide more opportunities for the development of countries around the world, and that the international community's demand for learning Chinese and understanding China will keep growing.
本次世界中文大会包含四项主要的中文工作会议：一是2025中文水平考试/HSK全球合作伙伴大会，二是智能化中文测评的机遇与挑战讨论会，三是HSK考试改革与教学资源建设暨中国-东盟中文标准化测评与教学研讨会，四是HSK中国教育国际交流展会。
The World Chinese Language Conference this year includes four major Chinese language work conferences: the first is the 2025 Chinese Proficiency Test/ Global HSK Partners Conference, the second is the Seminar on Opportunities and Challenges of Intelligent Chinese Language Assessment, the third is the Seminar on HSK Reform, Teaching Resource Development, and Standardized Chinese Language Assessment and Teaching in China-ASEAN, and the fourth is the HSK China Education International Exchange Exhibition.

Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) was invited to participate in the exhibition, with Zhao Yixiao, Dean of the College of International Education, attending on behalf of the university. At this conference, our university was awarded the HSK Outstanding Partner Award, and Zhao Yixiao accepted the award on the university's behalf. Meanwhile, our university has become one of the first batch of universities to sign a cooperation agreement with the HSK Study in China Platform. This means our university has officially joined the global Chinese education cooperation network, which will build a convenient channel for global students to study in China.
未来，国教院将借鉴国际中文知识图谱、国际中文教育语料库等一系列数智化成果，聚焦数智时代下的中文教育建设，不断扩展教育合作范畴，为国际中文教育数智化可持续发展注入新的活力。
In the future, the College of International Education will draw on a series of digital and intelligent achievements such as the International Chinese Knowledge Graph and the International Chinese Education Corpus.
