(孟晓利/文)为丰富教职工精神文化生活，舒缓工作压力，近距离感受中华优秀传统文化的深厚底蕴与独特魅力，11月25日，国际教育学院工会小组成功举办了“师道匠心 非遗传承”教职工文化体验活动。活动现场气氛热烈，教职工们踊跃参与，在欢声笑语中开启了一场别开生面的非遗探索之旅。
To enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of faculty and staff, alleviate their work stress, and provide an up-close experience of the profound heritage and unique charm of China's excellent traditional culture, the trade union group of the College of International Education organized a cultural experience event with the theme of Craftsmanship and Intangible Cultural Heritage on November 25. The event was met with an enthusiastic atmosphere, as faculty and staff were actively involved, embarking on an exploring journey of intangible cultural heritage amidst laughter.
本次活动精心设置了扎染、螺钿、烧蓝等十项各具特色的非遗体验项目。在孟晓利老师的专业指导下，大家纷纷沉浸于匠心营造的氛围中：于布帛上勾勒扎染的蓝白意境，在首饰上镶嵌螺钿的流光溢彩，于金属胎体上点烧珐琅的绚烂华章。每一道工序的亲手实践，不仅让教职工们领略到传统技艺的精妙绝伦，更在专注与创造中舒缓了身心，收获了满满的成就感。
The event featured ten carefully curated intangible cultural heritage experience items, including tie-dyeing, mother-of-pearl inlay, and cloisonné enamel. Under the professional guidance of Meng Xiaoli, everyone immersed themselves in an atmosphere of craftsmanship: sketching the blue-and-white ambiance of tie-dyeing on fabric, embedding the iridescent luster of mother-of-pearl into jewelry, and creating vibrant cloisonné enamel on metals. Through hands-on practice in each step of the process, faculty and staff not only appreciated the exquisite artistry of traditional techniques but also got relaxed and found a profound sense of accomplishment in their focus and creativity.
教职工们活动中亲身体验了非遗技艺中蕴含的匠心精神，并将这份感悟内化于心、外化于行，进一步坚定了文化自信。大家纷纷表示，未来将以“匠心”守“初心”，把对传统文化的敬畏与热爱，转化为立德树人的实际行动，以更饱满的热情和更专注的精神投身教育事业，为学院高质量发展贡献智慧与力量。
During the event, faculty and staff personally experienced the spirit of craftsmanship inherent in intangible cultural heritage techniques, internalizing this insight and expressing it through their actions, thereby further solidifying their cultural confidence. Everyone expressed their commitment to upholding their original aspirations with craftsmanship, transforming their reverence and passion for traditional culture into practical actions for nurturing virtues and talents. With renewed enthusiasm and dedication, they pledged to devote themselves to the cause of education, contributing wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the college.
