（董晓旭/文）为深化校警联动机制，精准对接涉外服务需求，助推学校国际化教育高质量发展，11月25日，哈尔滨市公安局出入境管理局局长赵洪伟一行到访我校国际教育学院开展交流，会议由国际教育学院院长赵异肖主持，国际教育学院相关人员参会。
To deepen the campus-police collaboration mechanism, precisely address foreign-related service demands, and boost the high-quality development of the university’s international education, on November 25, a delegation led by Zhao Hongwei, Director of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Harbin Public Security Bureau, paid a visit to the College of International Education (CIE) of HIT. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Yixiao, Dean of the CIE, attended by relevant staff members of the college.
赵异肖对出入境管理局一行表示欢迎，并对其长期以来在涉外管理、政策指导等方面给予学院的支持与帮助致以诚挚感谢。期待以此次交流为契机，构建常态化校警协作模式，共同打造安全规范、便捷高效的涉外服务环境，为学校高质量发展注入国际化动力。
Zhao Yixiao extended a warm welcome to the delegation and expressed sincere gratitude for the bureau's long-term support and assistance in terms of foreign-related management and policy guidance. Zhao hoped that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to establish a regular campus-police collaboration model, create a safe, standardized, convenient, and efficient foreign-related service environment, thereby injecting international momentum into the high-quality development of the college.
会议中，双方围绕校警联动、政策宣传、法律宣讲、应急协同等方面展开深入交流。针对我校提出的服务需求，出入境管理局现场提出，在我院移民事务服务站中派遣业务骨干定期驻点，为国际师生提供居留政策咨询、事务办理指引、法律法规宣传等“一站式”服务。
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on aspects such as campus-police collaboration, policy promotion, legal lectures, and emergency coordination. In response to the service demands raised by HIT, the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau proposed dispatching professionals to the immigration affairs service station of the college on a regular basis. These professionals would provide international teachers and students with one-stop services including residence policy consultation, guidance on administrative procedures, and legal regulations publicity.
此次交流明确了工作方向，为涉外服务提质增效奠定基础。下一步，双方将推动合作举措落地，以专业服务与协同管理，助力学校国际化教育发展。
This exchange clarified the direction of future work and laid a foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of foreign-related services. In the future, both sides will promote the implementation of cooperation measures, and contribute to the development of the university's international education through professional services and collaborative management.
