On December 18, the Welcome Gala for Chinese and Foreign Students at Northeast Forestry University was held. The College of International Education of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) took the stage with a meticulously choreographed Chinese-style dance titled Xiao Ci Gu Yun, which vividly interpreted the profound heritage of Chinese culture. This performance added a vibrant and unforgettable touch to the gala, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.
节目开场，“骁”以激昂奔放的旋律与刚健有力的舞姿，瞬间点燃全场豪情；继而音乐渐转舒缓，舞步移形换韵，如山水墨色般悄然渲染出“瓷”的温润与空灵。一动一静之间，古今精神遥相呼应，舞台仿佛成为连接勇武与典雅、炽烈与沉静的艺术时空。节目从“骁”的激昂豪迈，自然过渡到“瓷”的静谧深邃，完成了一场跨越时空的精彩艺术对话。
The program opened with Xiao, characterized by its vigorous melody and dynamic dance movements that instantly ignited the audience's passion. As the music transitioned to a softer, more tranquil tone, the dancers shifted their steps, gracefully evoking the serene and ethereal qualities of Ci, much like ink flowing across a landscape painting. Through this interplay of movement and stillness, the spirit of ancient and modern times resonated harmoniously, transforming the stage into an artistic realm that bridged bravery and elegance, intensity and calmness. The performance seamlessly transitioned from the boldness of Xiao to the profound tranquility of Ci, creating a captivating cross-temporal artistic dialogue.

This event was not only a splendid cultural feast but also a significant practice in deepening humanistic collaboration and promoting mutual understanding among civilizations between Harbin Institute of Technology and Northeast Forestry University. As the inaugural chair unit of the Study in Heilongjiang Sino-Foreign Youth Social Practice Activity Base Consortium, the College of International Education of HIT has consistently supported and actively participated in all collaborative efforts within the consortium. The college is committed to building the Study in Heilongjiang brand, optimizing international student service systems, and enriching cross-cultural exchange activities.
