At the site of the job fair, Hou Yifeng, the Manager of the Overseas Technical Support Department at Inovance Technology, visually presented the company's growth journey through corporate development videos and demonstrations of its global business footprint. He also introduced core products such as PLC controllers, 3-in-1 electric drive axles, and elevator control stations, along with comprehensive salary and welfare packages. During the Q&A session, international students engaged in in-depth discussions with Hou Yifeng on topics such as career prospects in overseas market positions, assignment policies, and multilingual skill compatibility standards. He addressed personalized questions regarding overseas job entry requirements, cross-cultural business communication skill development, and localized overseas working models one by one. Additionally, he provided resume review services to help students precisely match job requirements.
