（裴晨曦/文）为提升国际学生管理工作的规范化与专业化水平，1月14日上午，国际教育学院举办辅导员能力提升培训第一期。本次培训聚焦本科生管理工作，由兼职辅导员裴晨曦担任主讲，全体专兼职辅导员线上线下同步参加培训。
To enhance the standardization and professionalism of international student management, the College of International Education held the first session of its Counselor Capacity Enhancement Training on January 14. This training focused on undergraduate student management, with part-time counselor Pei Chenxi serving as the keynote speaker. All full-time and part-time counselors participated in the training simultaneously, both online and offline.
会上，裴晨曦讲解并演示了学生管理系统的操作流程，系统介绍了本科生培养方案查询、选课指导及成绩复核等学业服务，明确了各类学籍异动的规范处理流程，强调辅导员需严格审核异动申请理由并及时在管理平台更新学生状态。同时，裴晨曦梳理了国际学生常见突发事件的处置方法，重点讲解了考风考纪警示教育、学生处分类型研判等工作要求，明确了学院关于本科生奖学金评定、取消及停止发放等相关规定与操作流程。
During the session, Pei Chenxi explained and demonstrated the operational procedures of the student management system. He systematically introduced academic services such as undergraduate program inquiry, course selection guidance, and grade review, clarified the standardized handling procedures for various types of student status changes, and emphasized that counselors must strictly review the reasons for change applications and promptly update student statuses on the management platform. Additionally, Pei outlined the response methods for common emergencies involving international students, highlighted key work requirements such as integrity warnings for examinations and assessments and the analysis of types of student disciplinary actions, and clarified the college's relevant regulations and operational procedures for the evaluation, cancellation, and suspension of undergraduate scholarship disbursements.
本次培训紧扣国际学生管理工作需求，有效提升了辅导员的业务素养与应急处置能力，为学院进一步提升国际学生管理服务效能奠定了基础。未来，国际教育学院将持续开展系列培训，不断加强辅导员队伍的专业化建设。
This training closely addressed the needs of international student management, effectively enhancing the counselors' professional competencies and emergency response capabilities. It laid a solid foundation for the college to further improve the efficiency of its international student management and services. In the future, the College of International Education will continue to conduct a series of training sessions to consistently strengthen the professional development of its counselor team.
