近期,留学中国预科教育联盟(CCN)副秘书长杨静思、学术QA总监曹书阳一行到访哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院预科中心,双方围绕预科教育质量提升、教学模式创新两大核心议题,开展深度专题座谈,凝聚合作共识。此次座谈精准契合哈工大建设世界一流大学、培养国际化精英人才的核心需求,为学校优化预科教育体系、强化人才培养前置环节提供重要支撑。国际教育学院院长助理苏安第教授、发展规划部主任顾建政及相关部门负责人、预科骨干教师代表参会。
Recently, Yang Jingsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Campus Network (CCN), and Cao Shuyang, Academic QA Director, visited the IFP Study Center of the College of International Education at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). The two sides conducted in-depth thematic discussions centered around two core issues: enhancing the quality of foundation education and innovating teaching models, aiming to forge a consensus on cooperation. This discussion precisely aligns with HIT's core needs of building a world-class university and cultivating international elite talents, providing crucial support for the university to optimize its foundation education system and strengthen the preparatory phase of talent cultivation. Professor Su Andi, Assistant Dean of the College of International Education, Gu Jianzheng, Director of the Development Planning Department, along with relevant department heads and backbone teachers from the foundation education program, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Yang Jingsi provided a detailed overview of the CCN's work, highlighting the optimization directions for the CSCA examination, the construction of a standardized credit-hour curriculum system, and proposing innovative measures such as dual-teacher co-teaching and the development of country-specific teaching materials. She also elaborated on the planning for the CCN 2.0 Overseas IFP Study Centers and special projects for cultivating elite talents in science and engineering. These initiatives can support HIT in expanding its overseas presence, enhancing its international influence, and attracting high-quality international students. 曹书阳聚焦IFP国际预科项目,从质量保障、教学实施、考核反馈三大维度展开详解。她强调,该项目严格对标CSCA标准搭建管控框架,以高强度沉浸式教学夯实学生基础,通过外部评审、二次阅卷等多重举措筑牢质量底线。这与哈工大提升预科教学管理规范化、精细化的需求高度契合,为学校完善全流程闭环质量监控体系提供了宝贵经验,助力从源头提升人才培养质量。
Cao Shuyang focused on the IFP (International Foundation Program) and provided a comprehensive explanation from three dimensions: quality assurance, teaching implementation, and assessment feedback. She stressed that the program strictly adheres to CSCA standards in establishing its management and control framework, solidifies students' foundations through high-intensity immersive teaching, and ensures quality through measures such as external reviews and double marking. This aligns highly with HIT's needs to enhance the standardization and refinement of foundation course teaching management, offering valuable experience for the university to improve its full-process closed-loop quality monitoring system and elevate talent cultivation quality from the source.

Based on teaching practices, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as precise analysis of students' academic situations, the implementation of tiered teaching, cross-cultural curriculum design, and the establishment of a quality monitoring system. They reached a consensus on joint faculty training and the application of intelligent teaching methods. Joint faculty training can enhance the professional capabilities of HIT's foundation course tutors, providing talent support for the sustainable development of foundation education. The two sides agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism and deepen cooperation in areas such as aligning quality standards, coordinating global student recruitment, and co-building special projects. This collaboration aims to help HIT's foundation education program become an industry benchmark, broaden pathways for selecting international talents, provide solid support for the university to serve the country's opening-up strategy and build a world-class university, and jointly create a high-quality brand in international foundation education.
