3月7日至8日，国际教育学院于A03公寓组织开展了2026年春季学期国际学生的报到工作。此次报到涉及本科、硕士、博士以及各类长短期项目的国际学生，新老生人数累计超过2500人。来自世界各地的学子汇聚于哈尔滨工业大学校园，为新学期增添了蓬勃的生机与活力。
From March 7th to 8th, the College of International Education (CIE) carried out the registration work for international students in the 2026 Spring Semester at the A03 Apartment. The registration included international students from various programs, with a total number exceeding 2500. Students from all over the world gathered on the campus of Harbin Institute of Technology, injecting vibrant vitality into the new semester.
报到现场秩序良好，氛围热烈。国际教育学院持续秉持“一站式”服务理念，将信息查验、学费缴纳、住宿登记、分班测试、纪念品领取等环节进行有序整合，不断提升工作效率。
The registration site was well - ordered and full of a warm atmosphere. College of International Education continued to adhere to the concept of “one - stop”service, integrating procedures such as information verification, tuition payment, accommodation registration, placement tests, and souvenir collection in an orderly manner, thereby continuously improving work efficiency.
学院全体教师以饱满的热忱迎接每一位同学，耐心且细致地为其办理注册手续，并关切地询问他们的假期生活以及新学期的规划。身着蓝色马甲的学生志愿者成为报到现场的一道靓丽风景线。他们分工明确，在各个流程区域间穿梭，有的负责引导分流，有的负责答疑解惑，运用多国语言搭建起沟通的桥梁，为报到工作的顺利开展提供了有力保障。
All CIE teachers greeted each student with full enthusiasm, patiently and meticulously handled the registration procedures, and kindly inquired about their holiday lives and plans for the new semester. Student volunteers in blue vests became a beautiful sight at the registration site. With a clear division of labor, they shuttled between different process areas. Some were responsible for guiding and diverting students, while others answered questions, building communication bridges in multiple languages and providing strong support for the smooth progress of the registration work.
学院还精心为新同学准备了开学礼包，传递着温情与祝福。不少学生对此次报到注册给予了高度评价。他们纷纷表示，感受到了学院的悉心关怀，对即将开启的新学期充满了期待与信心。
College of International Education also carefully prepared welcome gift packs for new students, conveying warmth and blessings. Many students highly praised this registration process. They all stated that they felt the college's meticulous care and were full of expectations and confidence for the upcoming new semester.
未来，学院将继续加强国际学生管理服务工作，丰富校园文化生活，促进中外学生之间的交流，助力国际学子追逐梦想、共同描绘新的篇章。
