为推动中外文明交流互鉴、丰富国际学生国情教育实践，哈工大国际教育学院在鞍山持续开展非遗文化体验与校地合作交流活动，以文化交融凝聚共识，以协同育人共促发展。
To promote exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations and enrich practical activities for international students’ national conditions education, the College of International Education of HIT has continuously carried out intangible cultural heritage experiences and university-local cooperation exchanges in Anshan, building consensus through cultural integration and promoting common development through collaborative education.
一、非遗文化交融，共绘钢铁与和平画卷
Blending Intangible Culture, Painting a Scroll of Steel and Peace
在“非遗里的鞍钢”中外青年文化交流活动中，来自9个国家的哈工大国际学生、鞍山中小学生与志愿者携手合作。以非遗剪纸为纽带，将鞍钢工业文化与中华传统技艺深度融合，在协作创作中感受文化魅力、传递友谊与和平。
During the youth cultural exchange activity “Ansteel in Intangible Cultural Heritage”, HIT international students from 9 countries, together with primary and secondary school students and volunteers in Anshan joined hands. United by intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting, they deeply integrated Ansteel’s industrial culture with traditional Chinese craftsmanship. Through collaborative creation, they experienced the charm of culture and conveyed friendship and peace.
二、校地深度对接交流，夯实合作共建基础
Deepening University-local Exchanges, Consolidating Cooperation Foundations
为深化校地协同育人，搭建青年交流桥梁，立山团区委、区委人才办与国际教育学院交流活动顺利开展。围绕青年就业、中外交流、志愿服务等达成合作共识，推动高校资源与地方发展精准对接。
To deepen university-local collaborative education and build a bridge for youth exchanges, the Communist Youth League Committee of Lishan District, the District Talent Office, and the College of International Education successfully held an exchange event. The two sides reached consensus on youth employment, international exchanges, and volunteer services, facilitating the targeted integration of university resources with local development.
此次非遗文化交流与校地对接，进一步夯实了馆校合作与校地协同基础。未来，国际教育学院将继续以实践为桥、以文化为媒，为国际学生搭建更广阔的交流平台，以青春之力助力文明互鉴与人类命运共同体建设。
This intangible cultural heritage exchange and university-local connection have further consolidated the foundation of university-museum cooperation and university-local collaboration. Going forward, the College of International Education will continue to take practice as a bridge and culture as a medium to build a broader exchange platform for international students, and contribute youthful energy to civilizational mutual learning and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
