为帮助国际学生拓宽发展视野，了解升学与就业路径，5月28日，国际教育学院开展国际学生升学与就业经验分享活动。5名在升学深造、实习申请及就业求职方面表现优异的国际学生受邀进行经验交流。
To help international students broaden horizonsand better understand pathways for further studies and employment,on May 28th, College of International Education (CIE) organized the experience-sharing activity on further studies and career development, inviting five outstanding international students to share their experiences in further studyapplications, internship opportunities, and job hunting.
数字经济专业2022级本科生庄茗惠（CHONG MIN HUI）分享了自己成功申请北京大学硕士研究生的经验。作为2026届校优秀毕业生，她结合自身经历，详细介绍了申请过程中关于学分绩要求、申请材料准备以及导师联系等方面的注意事项。她表示，提前做好学业规划、保持良好的学习成绩，并积极与导师沟通，是成功申请理想院校的重要因素。
At first, CHONG MIN HUI, a 2022 undergraduate student majoring in Digital Economy and a 2026HITExcellent Graduate, shared her experience of successfully applying for a master’s degree at Peking University. Based on her own application journey, she introduced key aspects of the process, including GPA requirements, application preparation, and communication with prospective supervisors. She emphasized that early academic planning, maintaining strong academic performance, and proactive communication with supervisors are essential for gaining admission to top universities.

电子科学与技术专业2022级本科生文宇（ORGIL ENKHAMGALAN）分享了自己申请哈尔滨工业大学硕士研究生以及中国政府奖学金的经验。他提到，克服语言障碍和努力提高学分绩是申请成功的重要基础，并结合自身学习经历，向同学们介绍了HSK考试准备及CSC奖学金申请过程中的相关经验与建议。
ORGIL ENKHAMGALAN, a 2022 undergraduate student majoring in Electronic Science and Technology, then shared his experience in applying for a master’s degree at Harbin Institute of Technology and obtaining the Chinese Government Scholarship. He noted that overcoming language barriers and improving academic performance are crucial foundations for successful applications. Drawing from his own experience, he also provided suggestions on HSK preparation and CSC scholarship applications.

机械工程专业2023级硕士研究生江源（APU MD KAYSAR HAMID）分享了自己申请博士研究生的经历。读研期间，他多次通过校园招聘获得就业机会，并成功申请了博士项目和中国政府奖学金。在分享中，他重点介绍了博士申请过程中导师选择的重要性，以及在缺乏论文成果的情况下，如何通过展示科研潜力与实践能力来提高竞争力。同时，他也向低年级同学分享了硕士阶段学习与科研规划方面的建议。
APU MD KAYSAR HAMID, a 2023 master’s student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, shared his experience of applying for doctoral studies. During his postgraduate studies, he successfully secured several job opportunities through campus recruitment and later applied for a doctoral program under the Chinese Government Scholarship. In his sharing, he highlighted the importance of selecting suitable supervisors and explained how applicants without published papers could still demonstrate their research potential and practical abilities. He also offered advice on academic planning and research preparation during the master’s stage.

机械工程专业2023级硕士研究生朱奈德（MUHAMMAD JUNAID）围绕求职经验进行了分享。凭借在现代集团及FIRETECH公司的工作经历，他积累了丰富的工业工程实践经验，并已获得多家企业offer。分享中，他重点介绍了如何根据不同企业岗位需求有针对性地修改简历，从而提升简历通过率与求职成功率。
MUHAMMAD JUNAID, a 2023 master’s student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, shared his job-hunting experience. Benefiting from his previous work experience at Hyundai Group and FIRETECH, he has gained solid practical experience in industrial engineering and has already received several job offers. During the session, he mainly discussed how to tailor resumes according to different company requirements in order to improve interview and offer success rates.

信息与通信工程专业2024级硕士研究生大卫（DAVID NOULE TOLNO）分享了自己的实习申请经历以及在华就业相关经验。在来哈工大学习之前，他曾在华为技术几内亚有限公司工作多年，积累了丰富的工程实践经验。目前，他已获得中国科学院微小卫星创新研究院的实习机会。他结合自身经历，向同学们介绍了寻找实习机会的渠道，以及国际学生在中国实习与就业过程中需要注意的相关政策与手续。
Finally, DAVID NOULE TOLNO, a 2024 master’s student majoring in Information and Communication Engineering, shared his experience in internship applications and legal employment in China. Before joining HIT, he had worked for Huawei Technologies Guinea for several years and accumulated extensive engineering experience. He has now obtained an internship opportunity at the Innovation Academy for Microsatellites of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Drawing on his own experience, he introduced channels for finding internships and explained important policies and procedures related to internships and legal employment for international students in China.

The sharing session created an active and engaging atmosphere, with international students enthusiastically asking questions and interacting with the presenters. The activity not only helped students gain a deeper understanding of further studies, internships, and employment pathways, but also provided valuable guidance for their future academic and career development. In the future,College of International Education will continue to organize similar activities to support international students in better integrating into China’s academic and professional environment and achieving their personal development goals.
