为规范国际生暑假班及短期访学团组教学运营管理,明确教学标准、优化运行流程,进一步适配国际生语言基础、学习习惯,有效提升培养效果和学习体验,国际教育学院来华培养部于 2026 年 7 月 3 日下午,在 A03-312 教室组织全体暑期兼职授课教师开展专项培训。本次培训内容贴合教学实际,从工作统筹、课程落地、授课方法、学生管理等多维度落实暑期教学保障要求,确保教学工作有序推进。栾永顺主任作动员讲话,明确暑假班整体要求、核心教学任务、涉外教学纪律与育人目标,希望全体教师牢固树立底线意识和服务意识,以饱满的热情迎接暑期教学各项工作。
To standardize the teaching operation and management of the International Student Summer Program and short-term visiting groups, clarify unified teaching standards, optimize operational procedures, better match the language proficiency and learning habits of international students, and comprehensively improve training outcomes and learning experience, the International Student Training Department of the College of International Education organized a special training session for all part-time summer instructors in Classroom A03-312 on the afternoon of July 3, 2026. Closely aligned with practical teaching demands, the training implemented supporting requirements for summer teaching from multiple dimensions including overall work coordination, curriculum implementation, teaching methodologies and student management to guarantee the orderly progress of all teaching activities. Director Luan Yongshun delivered a mobilization speech, specifying general requirements for the summer program, core teaching tasks, foreign-related teaching disciplines and educational objectives. He urged all teachers to firmly uphold risk awareness and service awareness, and devote themselves to summer teaching with full enthusiasm.

动员讲话结束后,系列专题分享依次开展。郑阳阳副主任系统解读暑假班课程安排、各阶段教学内容、培养目标、课堂规范与班级管理细则,统一全院课程执行标准;乔柠副主任结合短期国际生学习特点开展教学技巧培训,分享分层教学、课堂互动、重难点拆解等实操方法,助力教师提升课堂效率。国际生辅导员姚国娜结合团组工作实例,分享国际生日常管理、师生沟通、风险预判与应急处置经验,针对短期团组中的常见难点给出切实可行的解决办法。三项分享紧扣暑期教学痛点,兼顾课程、课堂与学生管理,为一线教师理清教学管理思路,提供可直接落地的实操方案。
Following the mobilization speech, a series of thematic sharing sessions were held one after another. Deputy Director Zheng Yangyang systematically interpreted the curriculum schedule, phased teaching contents, training objectives, classroom norms and class management rules of the summer program to unify the curriculum implementation standards across the college. Taking the learning characteristics of short-term international students into consideration, Deputy Director Qiao Ning delivered training on teaching skills, sharing practical methods such as differentiated teaching, classroom interaction and analysis of key and difficult points to help teachers improve classroom efficiency. With real cases of group administration, Yao Guona, international student counselor, shared experience in daily management of international students, teacher-student communication, risk prediction and emergency response, and offered feasible solutions to common difficulties in short-term group programs. Centered on prominent challenges in summer teaching, the three sessions covered curriculum, classroom instruction and student management, clarified teaching and management ideas for frontline teachers and provided practical plans ready for implementation.

专题分享结束后,郑阳阳副主任组织全体教师开展两小时分组集体备课。教师按授课科目与班级分组,结合培训要点和官方课程大纲开展深度教研。各组逐一梳理课程重难点,统一教学进度、课堂考核标准与授课流程,打磨文化互动课堂设计,完善个性化授课预案。本次培训能够有效提升教师涉外语言教学、跨文化沟通及短期团组综合管理能力。通过集中研讨,教师统一教学思路、补齐教学短板,为学院2026暑假班顺利运行奠定基础。
After all thematic sharing sessions, Deputy Director Zheng Yangyang organized a two-hour group collective lesson preparation for all participating teachers. Divided into groups by teaching subjects and classes, teachers conducted in-depth teaching research based on the training takeaways and official curriculum syllabus. Each group sorted out core and difficult teaching points, unified teaching schedules, classroom assessment criteria and teaching procedures, refined cultural interactive teaching designs, and optimized personalized lesson plans. This training effectively improves teachers’ capabilities in foreign-related language teaching, intercultural communication and comprehensive management of short-term student groups. Through intensive group discussions, teachers aligned their teaching philosophies and remedied deficiencies in teaching practice, laying a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the College’s 2026 International Student Summer Program.
