暑假将至，根据学校统一安排，现将2026年暑假放假时间、返校注册事宜、系统登录说明及假期安全相关要求通知如下，请全体同学认真遵照执行。
The 2026 summer vacation is approaching. In accordance with the unified arrangements of the university, we hereby notify you of the summer holiday schedule, registration arrangements, system login information and holiday safety requirements. All students are required to follow the rules strictly.
一、暑假放假及返校相关安排
I. Summer Vacation and Return-to-University Arrangements
1.根据学校统一部署，夏季学期和暑假时间为2026年7月13日（星期一）至8月30日（星期日），共7周。
According to the university's overall plan, the summer semester and summer break will run from Monday, July 13, 2026, to Sunday, August 30, 2026, lasting a total of 7 weeks.
2.报到注册及开课时间：学生于2026年8月27日（星期四）至8月28日（星期五）到校完成报到注册，2026年8月31日（星期一）正式上课。需参加补考的学生，须提前一周返校，补考报到相关事宜另行通知。
Registration and Class Resumption: Students shall complete check-in and registration for the new semester from Thursday, August 27 to Friday, August 28, 2026. Formal classes will resume on Monday, August 31, 2026. Students who need to take make-up exams shall return to school one week in advance, and the relevant registration arrangements for make-up exams will be announced separately.
3.学费缴纳要求：所有学生须在2026年8月20日前完成线上学费缴纳，未按时足额缴纳学费的学生，新学期无法办理报到注册手续。
Tuition Payment Requirement: All students must complete online tuition payment before August 20, 2026. Students who fail to pay the tuition in full on time will not be able to complete the registration procedures for the new semester.

注重个人健康防护。日常保持良好卫生习惯，勤洗手、常通风，做好个人健康管理，保持规律作息，度过健康假期。
Personal Health Protection. Maintain good hygiene habits in daily life, wash hands frequently and ventilate rooms regularly. Manage personal health and keep a regular schedule to ensure a healthy holiday.
严守宿舍消防安全规定。严禁在宿舍内使用大功率等违规电器，宿舍楼内禁止吸烟。离开宿舍或居住场所时，务必关好门窗、妥善保管贵重物品，关闭水、电、气开关，杜绝火灾安全隐患。
Dormitory Fire Safety Rules. It is strictly prohibited to use high-power and other unapproved electrical appliances in dormitories, and smoking is banned in all dormitory buildings. When leaving the dormitory or residence, please close doors and windows tightly, keep valuables properly, turn off all water, electricity and gas switches to eliminate potential fire hazards.
严格执行离校报备制度。如有外出、离开哈尔滨市的计划，须提前在学工系统（xg.hit.edu.cn）完成报备，并向辅导员提交离校承诺书。
Departure Reporting System. If you plan to go out or leave Harbin, you must complete the filing in advance via the Student Affairs System (xg.hit.edu.cn)and submit the departure commitment letter to your counselor.
若更换哈尔滨市内居住地址，需及时办理住宿登记并更新个人居住信息，严禁瞒报或漏报。
If you change your residence in Harbin, you shall go through accommodation registration and update personal residence information in a timely manner. Concealment or omission of information is strictly forbidden.
保持通讯畅通，妥善处理保险事宜。假期外出期间，务必保持手机24小时畅通，遇到紧急情况第一时间联系辅导员。医疗保险相关问题可咨询保险公司工作人员，服务热线：4008105119（提供中英双语服务）。
Keep Communication Reachable and Handle Insurance Matters Properly. Keep your mobile phone reachable 24 hours a day during the holiday. Contact your counselor immediately in case of emergencies. For medical insurance inquiries, please consult the insurance company via the hotline: 4008105119 (Chinese and English services available).
遵纪守法，规范个人行为。严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，严禁非法务工、涉毒吸毒；严禁参与非法传教、非法宗教聚会等各类违规违法活动；禁止酗酒滋事、打架斗殴等不良行为。
Abide by Laws and Regulations and Standardize Personal Behavior. Strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Illegal working, drug-related behaviors, illegal missionary activities and illegal religious gatherings are strictly prohibited. Drunken trouble-making, fighting and other bad behaviors are forbidden.
重视出行交通安全。不乘坐无资质非法运营车辆，乘车期间妥善保管个人财物；自觉遵守交通规则，杜绝无证驾驶、酒后驾驶等违法行为；骑行电动自行车必须规范佩戴安全头盔，严格遵守道路限速规定，安全文明出行。
Traffic Safety Awareness. Do not take unlicensed illegal operating vehicles and keep your personal belongings safe during trips. Consciously abide by traffic rules and strictly avoid unlicensed driving, drunk driving and other illegal acts. Wear a safety helmet when riding electric bicycles and comply with road speed limits for safe and civilized travel.
提高反诈防骗意识。时刻保持警惕，不轻信任何陌生人员，不向陌生账户转账、汇款，谨防电信网络诈骗，保障个人财产安全。
Anti-fraud Awareness. Stay alert at all times, do not trust any unfamiliar person, and never transfer money to unfamiliar accounts. Guard against telecom and network fraud to protect personal property safety.
保持家校沟通，关注学校通知。已离校回国或前往其他城市的学生，需定期与学校、辅导员保持沟通，密切关注学校官方最新政策通知。已购买新学期来华机票的学生，请提前与辅导员报备对接。
Maintain Home-School Communication and Follow Official Notices. Students who have left school for home or other cities shall keep regular communication with the university and counselors and pay close attention to the latest official policies and notices. Students who have purchased air tickets to China for the new semester shall inform their counselors in advance.
关注开学注册相关通知。新学期注册细则及相关通知将于开学前统一发布，请各位同学及时查询考试成绩、合理规划行程、提前购置返程机票，确保按时返校，不得无故逾期。
Pay Attention to School Registration Notices. The detailed registration requirements and notices for the new semester will be released before the semester starts. Please check your exam results in a timely manner, plan your trip reasonably, purchase return air tickets in advance, and return to school on schedule without unjustified delay.
及时办理复学相关手续。2026年秋季学期需复学的学生，务必主动及时联系辅导员，申请复学并办理相关签证材料，保障新学期正常入学。
Complete Resumption Procedures in a Timely Manner. Students who need to resume their studies in the autumn semester of 2026 shall take the initiative to contact their counselors to apply for study resumption and complete relevant visa documents to ensure normal enrollment in the new semester.
