（温晴/文）4月29日下午，国际教育学院在正心楼710教室举办第二期“校友面对面”活动。本次活动由辅导员温晴主持，吸引了来自俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、柬埔寨等国家的三十余名国际学生。
On the afternoon of April 29, the College of International Education, Harbin Institute of Technology held its second Alumni Face-to-Face event in Room 710 of the Zhengxin Building. Hosted by counselor Wen Qing, the activity attracted over thirty international students from countries including Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Cambodia.
活动中，两位优秀国际学生代表分享了他们在哈工大的成长经历与感悟。来自柬埔寨的毛如意同学，以《我的哈工大之旅与成长分享》为题，从学习经验分享、社会实践活动、个人成长经历等多个角度讲述了自己四年的求学之旅，她表示，在哈工大的四年学习生涯中，她结识到了许多学习能力强、社会实践经验丰富的学长学姐们，在他们身上学习到的宝贵经验让自己受益匪浅。她还特别分享了一些自己在专业学习中的实用方法，并鼓励学弟学妹们在学习之余要积极参与学院组织的文化交流与志愿服务活动，主动培养跨文化沟通能力和团队协作意识，要勇于接触新鲜事物、拓宽个人视野，在提高学术能力的同时要兼顾个人成长。
During the event, two outstanding international student representatives shared their growth experiences and insights at HIT. Mao Ruyi from Cambodia delivered a presentation titled My HIT Journey and Growth, reflecting on her four-year academic journey from multiple perspectives—academic experiences, social practices, and personal development. She emphasized how interactions with senior students renowned for their academic excellence and practical experience had profoundly benefited her. Mao also shared practical study techniques and encouraged attendees to actively participate in cultural exchanges and volunteer activities organized by the College, fostering cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork while broadening their horizons.
来自柬埔寨的孔罗莎同学，以《哈工大学习之旅》为主题，从学习方法、实践经验、心理调节等角度，全方位多层次回顾了在哈工大的求学历程。在专注学业的同时，她还积极投身校园与社会服务，曾参与学生迎新志愿服务和暑期汉语教学志愿活动。她着重强调：“在繁忙的学习生活中，要保持身心健康”，并分享了自己关于调节身心的方式方法，鼓励大家要积极参与各类项目实践和志愿服务活动，在社会实践中丰富个人阅历。
Fellow Cambodian student Kong Luosa presented My Learning Journey at HIT, offering a comprehensive review of her studies through the lenses of methodology, practical experience, and psychological resilience. Alongside her academic focus, she engaged extensively in campus and community service, including orientation volunteering and summer Chinese-teaching initiatives. Maintaining physical and mental well-being amid intense studies is crucial, she stressed, sharing personal strategies for balance and urging peers to join diverse projects and volunteer work to enrich their life experience.
此次活动成果丰硕，为各国学子搭建了优质的互动平台。国际学生优秀代表的经验分享，充分彰显了哈工大在国际化人才培养方面取得的突出成就。参与活动的国际学生普遍反映，这些鲜活的成长经历为他们的学业规划提供了极具参考价值的范本。未来，国际教育学院将继续推进优秀校友经验分享活动，为国际学生的全面发展提供更多支持。
The event proved highly fruitful, establishing a valuable interactive platform for students worldwide. The shared experiences vividly demonstrated HIT's achievements in cultivating global talent.
