（卢静静/文）为响应国家数字技术发展战略，加深国际学生对数智中国和美丽中国的理解，提升国际学生实践能力，国际教育学院组建“上合之树”数字技术实践团，以“数智发展美丽中国”为主题，在6 月 16 日至6月20 日期间前往新疆克拉玛依市参与 2025 年“上合之树”数字技术高级培训的观摩学习与实践交流活动。
To respond to the national digital technology development strategy, deepen international students' understanding of Digital China and Beautiful China, and enhance their practical capabilities, the College of International Education formed the SCO Tree Digital Technology Practice Group. Under the theme of Digital Intelligence Development for a Beautiful China, the group visited Karamay, Xinjiang from June 16 to June 20 to participate in the observation, study and practical exchange activities of the 2025 SCO Tree Advanced Training in Digital Technology.
在克拉玛依市，团队成员参观了华为克拉玛依云服务数据中心以及碳和水冷数据中心，了解华为云数据建设的高可靠性以及绿色能源排放的可持续性。在参观过程中，团队成员表示，克拉玛依是一座石油之城，更是传统产业转型升级为未来产业的优秀示范，为美丽中国和智慧中国的建设不断贡献科技力量和碳和力量。
In Karamay, team members visited the Huawei Karamay Cloud Service Data Center and the Carbon and Water-cooled Data Center, learning about the high reliability of Huawei's cloud data construction and the sustainability of green energy emissions. During the visit, team members noted that Karamay, as an oil city, exemplifies the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries into future-oriented ones, continuously contributing technological and carbon-neutral forces to the construction of a Beautiful China and a Smart China.
接下来的几天，团队成员参与中国—上海合作组织数字技术合作发展论坛，了解人工智能、智能制造等前沿领域动态，并与上合组织国家官员、企业高管及学者互动，深入了解中国智慧发展新动态和未来趋势。成员们纷纷表示此次论坛扩宽了他们的国际视野，让他们在更加深入了解美丽中国的同时，也进一步提升学术交流。
In the following days, the team members participated in the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Digital Technology Cooperation and Development Forum, gaining insights into the latest trends in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing. They interacted with officials from SCO countries, corporate executives, and scholars, deeply understanding the new dynamics and future trends of China's smart development. The members all expressed that this forum broadened their international vision, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of Beautiful China while further enhancing their academic exchanges.
此次实践活动不仅让团队成员们深入了解中国克拉玛依市的产业转型升级新模式，也对智慧中国助力美丽中国建设有了更深的理解。后续，实践成员将围绕这一主题开展更加多样的社会实践活动。
This practical activity not only allowed team members to gain an in-depth understanding of the new model of industrial transformation and upgrading in Karamay, China, but also deepened their comprehension of how Smart China supports the construction of Beautiful China. In the future, the practice members will carry out more diverse social practice activities around this theme.
