（柴卫强/文）近日，在第24个全国“安全生产月”来临之际，国际教育学院联合哈尔滨市公安局交警支队、出入境管理局，成功举办了一场以“人人讲安全、个个会应急——查找身边安全隐患”为主题的国际学生安全教育大会。哈尔滨市公安局交警支队政治处主任王铁夫等亲临现场指导，讲座由国际教育学院副院长赵文主持。
Recently, as the 24th National Work Safety Month approached, the College of International Education, in collaboration with the Traffic Police Detachment and the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau, successfully held a safety education conference for international students with the theme Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies – Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us. Wang Tiefu, Director of the Political Department of the Traffic Police Detachment of Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau, and other officials attended the event for guidance. The lecture was hosted by Zhao Wen, Vice Dean of the College of International Education.
哈尔滨市公安局交警支队吴巍警官首先为国际学生解读交通安全知识和实用出行指导，围绕国际学生日常出行需求与潜在风险点，运用生动的案例视频深入浅出的讲解交通安全知识，并针对国际学生提出的“国际驾照认证”、“校园周边骑行规范”等问题在现场逐一解答。
Police Officer Wu Wei from the Traffic Police Detachment of Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau first explained traffic safety knowledge and practical travel guidance to international students. Focusing on the daily travel needs and potential risks of international students, he used vivid case videos to explain traffic safety knowledge in a simple and understandable way. He also answered on-site questions raised by international students, such as international driver's license certification and regulations on cycling around the campus.

哈尔滨市公安局出入境管理局孙谦警官以中俄双语围绕签证政策、居留许可办理、法律法规等内容展开详细讲解，向学生们阐明了非法居留、签证逾期等行为的严重后果，提醒学生们务必严格遵守中国的出入境管理规定，按时办理相关证件，遇到问题及时与学校和管理部门沟通。同时，民警还就涉外法律知识进行了普及，帮助学生了解在中国生活学习过程中应享有的权利和应履行的义务。
Police Officer Sun Qian from the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau gave a detailed explanation in both Chinese and Russian on visa policies, residence permit application, laws and regulations, etc. He clarified the serious consequences of illegal residence, visa overstay and other behaviors, reminding students to strictly abide by China's exit-entry management regulations, handle relevant documents on time, and communicate with the university and management departments in a timely manner when encountering problems. Meanwhile, the police also popularized foreign-related legal knowledge to help students understand their rights and obligations during their study and life in China.

赵文副院长在总结中再次强调交通安全与遵纪守法对国际学生顺利完成学业、在华幸福生活的重要性，并寄语全体国际学生将所学知识内化于心、外化于行，真正做到“守法有序，平安出行”。
In his summary, Vice Dean Zhao Wen once again emphasized the importance of traffic safety and abiding by laws for international students to successfully complete their studies and live a happy life in China. He also encouraged all international students to internalize and put into practice the knowledge they had learned, truly achieving abiding by laws and order, and traveling safely.
此次安全教育讲座为国际学生提供了政策信息和相关指导，是国际教育学院强化学生管理与服务工作的重要举措。未来，学院将持续加强与相关部门的合作，定期开展各类安全教育活动，为国际学生营造安全、和谐的学习和生活环境，助力他们在华学习生活顺利开展。
This safety education lecture provided policy information and relevant guidance for international students, and was an important measure for the College of International Education to strengthen student management and service work.
