（邵微/文）7月8日，国际教育学院院长赵异肖率队赴苏州研究院开展专项调研交流。研究院院长郭君巍陪同调研并参与座谈，双方围绕深化合作、推进教育国际化发展展开深入交流。
July 8, Dean Zhao Yixiao of the College of International Education led a delegation to the Suzhou Research Institute for a special research and exchange visit. The institute’s director, Guo Junwei, accompanied the delegation and participated in the discussions, in which both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on deepening cooperation and advancing educational internationalization.
座谈会上，郭君巍系统回顾了苏州研究院的发展历程，并重点分享了在产学研融合、国际学术交流机制创新及科研协同网络建设等方面取得的阶段性成果。他提到，研究院已初步构建起“招生-培养-科研-实习”全链条国际化支持体系，下一步将持续优化资源配置，进一步服务学校全球教育发展战略。
Guo Junwei systematically reviewed the Suzhou Research Institute’s development history, highlighting its achievements in phases in the integration of industry, academia, and research, innovations in international academic exchange mechanisms, and the establishment of scientific research collaboration networks. He noted that the institute has preliminarily developed a full-chain internationalization support system covering “admissions, training, research, and internships.” Moving forward, it will further optimize resource allocation to better align with the HIT’s global education strategy.
赵异肖介绍了国际教育学院近期的工作重点，强调学院正积极对接国家教育对外开放政策，打造具有国际竞争力的“本土-海外”双循环人才培养体系。她表示，此次调研旨在推动与研究院在国际生源基地共建、联合培养方案优化及国际项目平台共建等方面建立长效协作机制，共同打造教育国际化发展的“校院协同样板”。
Zhao Yixiao outlined the College of International Education’s current priorities, emphasizing its alignment with national policies on educational openness and internationalization. The College is committed to building a “domestic-foreign dual-cycle” talent development system with global competitiveness. She stated that this visit aims to establish long-term collaboration mechanisms with the institute in areas such as the joint establishment of international student recruitment bases, optimization of joint training programs, and co-construction of international project platforms, jointly creating a “college-institute collaboration model” for educational internationalization.
此次交流标志着双方在落实学校教育国际化战略方面迈出了实质性步伐。未来，双方将定期开展机制优化研讨，持续深化协同创新，为学校建设世界一流大学提供坚实的国际化发展支撑。
This exchange marks a significant step by both parties in implementing the HIT’s internationalization strategy. In the future, they will regularly conduct workshops to refine collaboration mechanisms and deepen innovative collaboration, providing a solid foundation for the HIT’s development into a world-class university through internationalization-driven initiatives.
