(邵微/文)7月18日,国际教育学院院长赵异肖一行访问开放原子开源基金会,双方就校企合作及“留学哈工大”品牌的海外推广工作展开深入交流,并达成多项合作共识。开放原子开源基金会理事长兼秘书长程晓明亲自接待来访人员并参与座谈。
On July 18, Zhao Yixiao, Dean of the College of International Education, and her delegation visited the OpenAtom Foundation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on university-enterprise collaboration and the overseas promotion of the Study at HIT brand, reaching multiple cooperation agreements. Cheng Xiaoming, Chairman and Secretary-General of the OpenAtom Foundation, personally received the delegation and participated in the talks.
程晓明介绍了基金会的核心理念、业务范围及其在全球孵化的开源项目和战略布局,强调当前对高素质开源人才的迫切需求。他指出,基金会始终致力于推进开源生态体系建设,期待与高校建立深度合作,共同培养具有国际竞争力的开源技术人才。
Cheng Xiaoming introduced the foundation’s core philosophy, business scope, globally incubated open-source projects, and strategic plans, highlighting the urgent demand for high-quality open-source talent. He emphasized that the foundation is committed to advancing the construction of an open-source ecosystem and looks forward to establishing in-depth cooperation with universities to jointly cultivate open-source technical talents with global competitiveness.
赵异肖介绍了学校在国际化办学领域的成果及“留学哈工大”品牌建设的阶段性进展。她表示,学校高度重视国际人才培养模式创新与国际交流合作拓展等多个维度的工作。希望通过与基金会的战略合作,进一步增强哈尔滨工业大学的国际品牌形象。
Zhao Yixiao presented the university’s achievements in international education and the phased progress of the Study at HIT brand development. She stated that the university places great emphasis on innovating international talent cultivation models and expanding global exchange collaborations. She expressed hope that the strategic partnership with the foundation would further enhance Harbin Institute of Technology’s international brand image.

Through thorough discussions, both parties agreed to leverage their respective core strengths and integrate high-quality resources to promote the Study at HIT brand within international open-source communities and related organizations, thereby expanding the university’s global influence. Additionally, they will collaborate to supply internationally competitive talents with professional expertise and practical skills to the foundation’s incubated enterprises, fostering a development model featuring resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit.
