To further enrich the study and life of students at the international summer school, enhance their understanding of traditional Chinese culture, and improve their hands-on practical abilities, the College of International Education has meticulously planned a series of DIY craft activities. “扇影流光，漆韵流芳”活动于7月6日开展。在专业老师的指导下，学生们亲手制作了一柄精美的漆扇，深入体验了中国非物质文化遗产的独特魅力。通过学习传统漆艺的制作工艺，学生们不仅领略了东方美学与工匠精神的完美融合，还在实践中加深了对中国传统艺术的理解与欣赏。
The Shadows on Fans, Fragrance of Lacquer activity was held on July 6th. Under the guidance of professional teachers, students made an exquisite lacquer fan with their own hands, deeply experiencing the unique charm of China's intangible cultural heritage. By learning the production techniques of traditional lacquer art, students not only appreciated the perfect integration of Oriental aesthetics and craftsmanship spirit, but also deepened their understanding and appreciation of traditional Chinese art through practice.

The Wonderful Brush Creates Flowers, Colorful Paint Speaks for Stones activity took place on July 12th. Through painting and decorating, students turned ordinary plaster dolls into unique works of art. The Fun with a Thread, Skillful Hands Sew New Things activity was carried out on July 20th. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, students learned simple sewing skills and made exquisite pendants by themselves.
