（王春泰/文）为积极响应“一带一路”倡议，深化沙特国际学生对中国新能源技术与高端制造水平的全方位认知，促进中沙青年在能源转型与工业化领域的深度对话，2025年暑假期间，哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院组织11名沙特籍学生赴沙特首都利雅得，开展“鸿雁归源”社会实践活动。实践团先后走访中能建国际建设集团沙特阿拉伯分公司、山推中东贸易有限公司，并受邀前往中国驻沙特大使馆座谈，全方位感知中国科技与中国企业在中东地区的创新实践与责任担当。
In active response to the Belt and Road Initiative, to deepen Saudi international students' comprehensive understanding of China's new energy technologies and high-end manufacturing capabilities, and promote in-depth dialogue between Chinese and Saudi youth regarding energy transition and industrialization, during the 2025 summer vacation, the College of International Education, Harbin Institute of Technologyorganized 11 Saudi students to undertake the Homeward Bound Geese social practice program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The delegation successively visited China Energy Engineering Corporation International Saudi Branch and Shantui Middle East Trading Co., Ltd., and was invited to hold discussions at the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia, gaining multi-dimensional insights into Chinese technological innovation and corporate social responsibility across the Middle East region.
一、走进中能建国际集团——感知中国新能源技术的“光速”发展与实践智慧
I. Exploring China Energy Engineering —— Witnessing Lightning-Speed Development of China's New Energy Technologies and Practical Wisdom、
实践团首站抵达中能建国际建设集团沙特阿拉伯分公司总部。驻沙特大使馆经商处有关领导首先致辞，充分肯定此类交流对促进中沙务实合作与民心相通的重要意义。中国能建沙特分公司马驰随后详细介绍集团全球化布局及在沙特重点项目建设情况，表达中国企业愿与沙方共促绿色转型、共享发展成果的坚定意愿。
The delegation's first stop was the headquarters of China Energy Engineering Corporation International Saudi Branch. Leaders from the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia delivered opening remarks, affirming the critical significance of such exchanges for fostering pragmatic China-Saudi cooperation and people-to-people connectivity. Mr. Ma Chi from China Energy Engineering Saudi Branch subsequently detailed the group's global strategic layout and key project developments in Saudi Arabia, expressing Chinese enterprises' firm commitment to jointly advancing green transformation and sharing development outcomes with Saudi counterparts.
随后，学生们观看中国能建国际集团英文宣传片与央视中文纪录片《逐光——探访中东最大光伏电站》。从阿尔舒巴赫项目壮阔的光伏矩阵，到中国工程师与沙特建设者共同奋战的身影，同学们不仅为中国速度、中国规模所震撼，更被中沙团队协作攻坚、逐光而行的精神深深打动。在介绍中东清洁能源研究院筹建计划时，多名学生表现出浓厚兴趣，纷纷提问交流。“我们沙特阳光资源丰富，正需要这样高水平、成体系的技术支持，”一名能源工程专业的同学说，“中国经验对我们太重要了。”
Subsequently, students viewed English promotional videos from China Energy Engineering International Group alongside CCTV's Chinese documentary Chasing Light: Visiting the Middle East's Largest Photovoltaic Power Station. From the magnificent photovoltaic arrays at the Al Shuaibah project to the collaborative efforts of Chinese engineers and Saudi construction workers, participants were not only awestruck by China's speed and scale but also profoundly moved by the spirit of Sino-Saudi teamwork overcoming challenges and pursuing solar energy solutions. During the introduction of the Middle East Clean Energy Research Institute's establishment plans, multiple students exhibited keen interest through active Q&A sessions. Saudi Arabia boasts abundant solar resources and urgently requires such high-level, systematic technical support, remarked an energy engineering major. China's experience is invaluable to us.
二、参访山推中东公司——触摸中国高端制造的“重器”实力与创新脉络
II. Visiting Shantui Middle East —— Experiencing the Heavy Equipment Strength and Innovation Pedigree of China's High-End Manufacturing
第二站，实践团造访山推中东贸易公司。企业代表带领学生参观产品展示与维修车间，详细介绍山推推土机、装载机、挖掘机等重型机械在沙特基建、采矿、港口等领域的广泛应用，并着重讲解企业在智能化、绿色化方面的最新成果。从传动系统到无人操控技术，从传统燃油到电驱混合动力，山推产品所体现的中国制造“品质革命”引发阵阵赞叹。
The second stop brought the delegation to Shantui Middle East Trading Company. Enterprise representatives guided students through product exhibition and maintenance workshops, comprehensively introducing the widespread applications of Shantui bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery across Saudi infrastructure, mining, and port sectors, while emphasizing the company's latest advancements in intelligent and green technologies. From transmission systems to unmanned operation controls, and from conventional fuel to hybrid electric drives, the quality revolution embodied in Shantui products elicited widespread admiration.
座谈会上，山推国际业务负责人回顾公司扎根中东数十年的发展历程，强调本土化运营、技术服务与人才培训相结合的合作模式。不少学生表示，之前只知“中国制造”价格优势，今日才读懂其背后的技术内涵与可持续理念。“原来中国重工不止会造设备，更在提供一整套解决方案，”一位机械专业学生感慨，“这种系统思维值得我们学习。”
During the symposium, Shantui's international business director reviewed the company's decades-long development in the Middle East, highlighting its integrated cooperation model combining localized operations, technical services, and talent training. Numerous students acknowledged that beyond recognizing Made in China price advantages, they now grasped the underlying technological essence and sustainable philosophy. Originally, we thought Chinese heavy industry merely manufactured equipment, yet today we understand it provides comprehensive solutions, reflected a mechanical engineering student. This systems-thinking approach is truly worthy of our emulation.
三、大使座谈——架起中沙青年交流的桥梁，共话未来合作新篇章
III. Embassy Dialogue —— Bridging Youth Exchanges and Charting Future Collaborative Chapters
实践团最后一站受邀前往中国驻沙特大使馆。常华大使亲切会见全体学生，认真听取实践感受，并围绕中沙战略对接、青年使命等话题与大家深入交流。常大使表示，中沙关系已进入历史最好时期，务实合作成果遍及能源、基建、数字经济等领域；他鼓励沙特学生努力成才，争做联通中沙的友好使者，将来投身于两国共同发展的事业中。
The delegation's final destination was the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia, where Ambassador Chang Hua cordially received all participants. After attentively listening to their practice experiences, he engaged in profound discussions on topics including China-Saudi strategic alignment and youth responsibilities. Ambassador Chang emphasized that China-Saudi relations have entered their historically best period, with pragmatic cooperation outcomes spanning energy, infrastructure, digital economy, and other fields. He encouraged Saudi students to strive for excellence and become friendly envoys bridging the two nations, contributing to their shared developmental endeavors.
同学们踊跃发言，分享见闻与理想，并就如何参与“2030愿景”与“一带一路”对接、在华职业发展等话题提问。使馆官员一一予以细致回应。现场气氛温馨而热烈。“大使的鼓励让我更加明确自己的方向，”一名学生会后表示，“我希望未来能进入沙中合资企业，为两国新能源合作贡献力量。”
Students actively shared observations and aspirations, posing questions about participating in the alignment between Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as career development opportunities in China. Embassy officials provided detailed responses to each inquiry. The atmosphere proved warm and enthusiastic. The ambassador's encouragement has clarified my direction, noted one student afterward. I aspire to join Saudi-China joint ventures, contributing to our nations' new energy cooperation.
通过此次跨越政、产、学三界的实践旅程，沙特学生们不仅直观感受到中国在新能源与高端制造领域的领先实力，更深刻体会到中沙合作的高度互补性与巨大潜力。从光伏板上的“中国之光”到重型机械中的“中国之智”，从企业一线的奋斗故事到大使语重心长的寄语，中国方案、中国精神变得可触可感、鲜活生动。未来，哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院将继续拓展“一带一路”沿线国家实践平台，推动中外青年在互学互鉴中共同成长，为构建人类命运共同体注入青春能量。
Through this cross-sectoral practice journey spanning government, industry, and academia, Saudi students gained not only first-hand exposure to China's leadership in new energy and advanced manufacturing, but also profound insights into the highly complementary nature and tremendous potential of China-Saudi cooperation.. From the Chinese light on photovoltaic panels to the Chinese wisdom within heavy machinery, from frontline enterprise narratives to the ambassador's heartfelt mentorship, Chinese solutions and spirit transformed into tangible, vivid realities. Moving forward, the College of International Education, Harbin Institute of Technologywill continue expanding practice platforms across Belt and Road countries, fostering mutual growth among global youth through cross-cultural learning, thereby injecting youthful energy into constructing a community with a shared future for mankind.
