（黄梓伊/文）9月 18 日，为帮助 2025 级秋季学期全体汉语进修生深入了解校园文化、中国相关法律法规与校风校纪，顺利适应在华学习生活，国际教育学院举行汉语进修生第一次年级大会。辅导员王春泰担任年级大会主讲人，副院长赵文、辅导员温晴一同出席，并为同学们现场答疑解惑。
On September 18, to help all Chinese language students in the 2025 autumn semester gain a deeper understanding of campus culture, China-related laws and regulations, as well as school ethos and discipline, and to facilitate their smooth adaptation to academic life in China, the College of International Education (CIE) held the first freshman conference for Chinese language students. Counselor WANG Chuntai served as the keynote speaker of the meeting; Vice Dean ZHAO Wen and Counselor WEN Qing also attended, answering students’ questions on site.

会议伊始，王春泰首先为国际学生们介绍了学校基本情况，详细讲解了学校的教学管理规章制度及日常行为规范，强调纪律意识，鼓励国际学生们踏实求学、健康成长、全面发展。接下来，王春泰就学生公寓的基本情况和相关管理规定作了说明，还介绍了学校丰富多彩的文化活动，希望每一位国际学生都能在哈工大校园中快乐生活、学有所成。
At the beginning of the meeting, WANG Chuntai first introduced the basic information of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) to international students, explained in detail the university’s teaching management rules and daily code of conduct, emphasized the awareness of discipline, and encouraged international students to pursue studies steadily, grow healthily, and achieve all-round development. Next, WANG Chuntai explained the basic situation of student dormitories and relevant management regulations, and also introduced the university’s rich and colorful cultural activities, hoping that every international student could live happily and achieve academic success on the HIT campus.

随后，副院长赵文上台致辞，并表示欢迎大家远渡重洋来到美丽的冰城哈尔滨，来到具有百年辉煌历史的哈尔滨工业大学。副院长的亲切致辞，让同学们深切感受到了哈工大的温暖与深厚的人文关怀。
Later, Vice Dean ZHAO Wen took the stage to deliver a speech, expressing her welcome to everyone for crossing the oceans to come to Harbin, the beautiful Ice City, and to Harbin Institute of Technology, a university with a glorious century-old history. The Vice Dean’s kind speech made the students deeply feel the warmth and profound humanistic care of HIT.

The meeting concluded in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. This was not only a necessary orientation session, but also a profound cultural exchange and emotional connection. A new chapter has begun; may all 2025-level new students take this opportunity to take discipline as the rudder to guide their journey ahead, and take culture as the sail to raise the boat of friendship during this academic journey across mountains and seas.
