（王禹函/文）9月22日，金风国际在哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院开展国际学生线下专场招聘会。作为全球可再生能源领域的领军企业，金风国际以“推动可再生能源未来”为使命，深耕清洁能源开发、风电设备研发与制造、国际化运维服务及新能源应用等核心业务，致力于通过风电等可再生能源技术，为全球能源转型提供可靠解决方案。本次招聘会面向2026届毕业生，重点招募具有新能源、机电、环境工程等领域专业知识、具备跨文化沟通能力与团队协作精神的国际人才。
On September 22, Goldwind held an offline special recruitment fair for international students at the College of International Education (CIE) of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). As a leading enterprise in the global renewable energy sector, Goldwind is committed to “driving the future of renewable energy” and focuses on core businesses such as clean energy development, wind power equipment research and development and manufacturing, international operation and maintenance services, and new energy applications. The company is dedicated to providing reliable solutions for the global energy transition through wind power and other renewable energy technologies. This recruitment fair targeted the 2026 graduating class, with a focus on recruiting international talents with professional knowledge in new energy, mechanical and electrical engineering, environmental engineering, and other related fields, who also possess cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit.

招聘会现场，金风国际副总裁吴凯为国际学生详细介绍了企业文化、全球化晋升体系、具有竞争力的薪资待遇及毕业生培训体系——该培训体系通过轮岗实践、导师带教、国际项目历练，助力新人快速成长为全球化新能源专业人才。
At the recruitment fair, WU Kai, Vice President of Goldwind, provided international students with a detailed introduction to the company culture, global promotion system, competitive salary packages, and graduate training system. This training system helps new employees quickly grow into global new energy professionals through rotational practice, mentorship, and international project experience.

The event also featured a special guest — HIT’s 2020 Nepalese alumni BHATTARAI HOM BAHADUR (Oma) — who shared his career experience. He talked about how he joined Goldwind leveraging his professional strengths, and emphasized: “In an AI-driven world, energy is a key pillar of development. Goldwind’s renewable energy business is laying a solid foundation for global sustainable development. We welcome everyone to join us in shaping a zero-carbon future together.”

最后，国际学生与金风国际HR开启了面对面交流。在职业咨询中，HR详细解答了国际学生们关于技术专岗、技能适配、实习岗位、工作调换等个性化问题，帮助他们准确定位个人优势与求职目标。
Finally, international students engaged in face-to-face communication with Goldwind’s HR team. During the career consultation, HR representatives provided detailed answers to students’ individual questions regarding technical positions, skill matching, internship opportunities, and job rotations, helping them accurately identify their personal strengths and career goals.

本次招聘会的举办，既为国际学生们提供了投身绿色能源领域的高起点职业平台，也为企业输送了具备跨文化素养的专业人才，助力国际学生们开启在可再生能源行业的职业生涯，拓宽在华及全球就业渠道。未来，国际教育学院将持续与金风国际深化合作，共同搭建国际学生职业发展平台，实现学生职业选择国际化、校企人才对接长效化、国际学生就业竞争力全球化。
This recruitment fair not only provided international students with a high starting point career platform to engage in the green energy sector, but also delivered professionals with cross-cultural competence to the company. It helped international students launch their careers in the renewable energy industry and broaden their employment channels both in China and globally. In the future, the College of International Education will continue to deepen cooperation with Goldwind, jointly build a career development platform for international students, and achieve the internationalization of students’ career choices, the long-term effectiveness of university-enterprise talent matching, and the globalization of international students’ employment competitiveness.
