（解恒宇/文）为帮助2025级预科生充分理解中国的法律法规与校纪校规，并更好地融入校园学习生活环境，9月19日下午，国际教育学院2025级预科生年级大会暨入学教育大会在正心楼33教室举行。国际教育学院副院长赵文、预科生辅导员解恒宇、李宇参加本次会议。
To facilitate 2025 preparatory students' comprehensive understanding of Chinese laws/regulations and institutional rules, while ensuring smooth integration into campus life, the College of International Educationheld its Grade Assembly & Enrollment Education Conference for 2025 Preparatory Studentson the afternoon of September 19th in Classroom 33, Zhengxin Building. Attending the meeting were Vice Dean Zhao Wen of the College of International Education, along with preparatory student counselors Xie Hengyu and Li Yu.
赵文首先代表学院对预科新生表示热烈欢迎。她指出，哈尔滨工业大学始终坚持“规格严格，功夫到家”的校训，希望同学们尽快适应新的学习生活环境，不仅要掌握扎实的汉语基础，更要深入理解中国文化内涵，为未来的专业学习打下坚实基础。
Vice Dean Zhao Wen extended warm welcome on behalf of the college. She emphasized that Harbin Institute of Technologyconsistently upholds its motto Strict Standards, Mastery Through Diligence, urging students to rapidly adapt to their new academic environment. Beyond acquiring solid Chinese language proficiency, she highlighted the critical importance of deeply comprehending Chinese cultural essence to establish a robust foundation for future specialized studies.
在入学教育环节，预科生辅导员李宇详细介绍了预科生管理规定，重点解读了法律法规、学习管理、考勤和考试制度、校园安全等重要规章制度，同时就住宿管理规定、奖学金评审等学生关切的问题进行了细致说明。
During the enrollment education segment, counselor Li Yu meticulously introduced preparatory student management regulations, with focused interpretations of:Legal frameworks、Academic management policies、Attendance & examination systems、Campus safety protocols.Additionally, detailed explanations were provided regarding student-concerned issues such as dormitory management regulations and scholarship evaluation criteria.
会后，辅导员与同学们进行了互动交流，针对性解答了学生们在生活学习中出现的问题。此次大会不仅为2025级预科生搭建了互动交流的平台，明确了预科阶段的目标要求，更有助于他们快速适应新环境，增强对学校的认同感与归属感。
Post-meeting, counselors engaged in interactive dialogues with students, delivering targeted responses to queries about academic/living challenges. This conference not only established a collaborative platform for 2025 preparatory students, but also clarified phase-specific objectives and requirements，accelerated environmental adaptation，Strengthened institutional identity and belonging.
