（蒋爽/文）2025年10月10日至11日，国际教育学院院长赵异肖率队赴威海校区，出席“融合发展，国际教育先行—跨校区联合培养机制探索”专题研讨会。威海校区钱宏亮副校长出席会议，会议由威海校区国际教育学院院长张策主持，校本部、威海校区及深圳校区相关学院负责人与分管领导共同参与，围绕一校三区留学生工作的现状、发展规划与联合培养机制等核心议题展开深入交流。
October 10-11, 2025, Dean Zhao Yixiao of the College of International Education led a delegation to the Weihai Campus to attend the symposium titled “Integrated Development, International Education Leading the Way—Exploring Cross-Campus Joint Training Mechanisms.” Vice President Qian Hongliang of the Weihai Campus attended the meeting, which was chaired by Zhang Ce, Dean of the College of International Education at the Weihai Campus. Responsible officials and relevant leaders from the main campus, Weihai Campus, and Shenzhen Campus participated in the event. They engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics including the current status of international student affairs across the three campuses, development plans, and joint training mechanisms.
会议期间，三方重点研讨了一校三区在国际化办学过程中的工作进展、难点问题与发展机遇，并就共享品牌活动、优化生源结构、加强师资队伍建设等具体方向进行了热烈讨论，进一步明确了协同发展路径。威海校区钱宏亮副校长强调，要系统规划联合培养项目的具体实施路径，确保项目扎实推进。赵异肖院长提出“共谋、共进、共享”的合作原则，强调未来将在“大哈工大”框架下统一行动，建立常态化交流机制，多项实质性合作项目同步推进。
During the meeting, the three campuses focused on discussing the progress, challenges, and development opportunities in the internationalization process of the university. They engaged in lively discussions on specific directions such as sharing brand activities, optimizing student enrollment structure, and strengthening faculty development, further clarifying the path for collaborative development. Vice President Qian Hongliang of the Weihai Campus emphasized the need for systematic planning of the implementation pathways for joint training programs to ensure their steady advancement. Dean Zhao Yixiao proposed the cooperative principles of “joint planning, mutual progress, and shared benefits,” stressing that future efforts would be unified under the “Greater HIT” framework. This includes establishing regular communication mechanisms and advancing multiple substantive cooperative projects simultaneously.
此次研讨会标志着我校一校三区国际教育工作进入协同融合、共谋发展的新阶段。未来，校本部、威海校区与深圳校区将持续深化合作，整合资源优势，共同打造具有哈工大特色的来华留学生教育体系，为提升学校全球影响力与“双一流”建设注入持续的国际动力。
This symposium marks a new phase in the coordinated integration and collaborative development of international education across our university's three campuses. Moving forward, the main campus, Weihai Campus, and Shenzhen Campus will deepen cooperation, pool resource strengths, and jointly build an international student education system with HIT's distinctive characteristics. This initiative will inject sustained international momentum into enhancing the university's global influence and advancing its “Double First-Class” development.
