（卢静静/文）12月2日，由教育部国家留学基金管理委员会主办的2025“感知中国”年度特别活动在北京隆重举行。“感知中国”是国家留学基金委精心打造的品牌活动，今年“感知中国”年度人物四个类别共有20名国际学生入选，其中“最美志愿者”仅2人。我校巴基斯坦籍博士研究生哈森（MUMTAZ ALI HASAN）获评2025“感知中国”年度人物“最美志愿者”。
On December 2, the 2025 Experience China annual event, hosted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under the Ministry of Education, was grandly held in Beijing. Experience China is a brand event meticulously crafted by the CSC. This year, a total of 20 international students were selected across four categories for the Experience China Figures of the Year, with only two recipients in the Most Outstanding Volunteer category. Mumtaz Ali Hasan, a Pakistani doctoral candidate at HIT, was honored as the Most Outstanding Volunteer.

哈森是我校国际教育学院2021级工商管理专业博士研究生。自2015年9月本科入学以来，他严格自律，认真钻研，热爱志愿服务活动，胸怀崇高学术理想。本科毕业后，他获得中国政府奖学金资助继续留校攻读硕士研究生和博士研究生。在华10年时间里，他秉持“志愿服务无国界”的理念，担任Hi-Talk跨文化交流社负责人，积极投身亚冬会、中外学生文化交流、志愿支教服务等文化交流与社会公益事业，累计志愿服务时长超600小时，曾接受中国国际电视台（CGTN）采访，事迹获央视国际频道、央视新闻、哈工大全媒体等多次报道，浏览量超57万次，是国际学生促进中外文化交流与志愿服务的杰出榜样。
Hasan is a doctoral candidate in Business Administration at the College of International Education of HIT, enrolled in 2021. Since his undergraduate enrollment in September 2015, he has maintained strict self-discipline, delved deeply into his studies, and demonstrated a passion in volunteering, while harboring lofty academic aspirations. After completing his undergraduate studies, he received a Chinese Government Scholarship to continue his postgraduate and doctoral studies at HIT. Over the past 10 years in China, adhering to the principle of volunteering knows no borders, he has served as the head of the Hi-Talk Cross-Cultural Exchange Club and actively engaged in cultural exchange and social welfare initiatives, including the Asian Winter Games, cultural exchanges between Chinese and foreign students, and volunteer teaching services. He has accumulated over 600 hours of volunteer service. His story has been featured in interviews with China Global Television Network (CGTN) and reported multiple times by CCTV International, CCTV News, and Harbin Institute of Technology media platform with over 570,000 views. He stands as an outstanding role model among international students promoting cultural exchange and volunteer service between China and the rest of the world.
