（王晏梓/文）2025年12月9日，哈尔滨工业大学苏州研究院副院长王林、长三角教育教学中心副主任赵亚丁一行到访我院，围绕国际教育合作与资源共享开展专题调研交流。国际教育学院院长赵异肖、副院长赵文、院务委员邵微、陈大庆及相关科室负责人参加本次座谈。
On December 9, 2025, Wang Lin, Vice Dean of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) Suzhou Research Institute, and Zhao Yading, Deputy Director of the Yangtze River Delta Education and Teaching Center, paid a visit to the College of International Education of HIT to conduct in-depth research and exchanges focused on international education cooperation and resource sharing. Zhao Yixiao, Dean of the college, Zhao Wen, Vice Dean, members of the CIE council affair committee Shao Wei and Chen Daqing, along with relevant department heads, attended this meeting.
赵异肖对苏州研究院一行表示热烈欢迎，系统介绍了我院来华留学教育的发展历程、学生规模、结构特色及近年来在招生培养、管理服务等方面取得的经验与成果。她表示，国际教育学院始终致力于建设高水平国际化人才培养平台，期待与苏州研究院深化协同，共同探索跨区域合作新路径。
Zhao Yixiao extended a warm welcome to the delegation, systematically introduced the college’s development history, student enrollment size, structure, as well as the experiences and achievements in recruitment, cultivation, management, and services of international students in recent years. She stated that the College of International Education has always been committed to building a high-level platform for cultivating international talents and looked forward to deepening collaboration with the Suzhou Research Institute to jointly explore new cross-regional cooperation pathways.
座谈期间，双方聚焦学历教育项目、研修项目等合作项目在苏州研究院落地的可行性，开展了深入务实的研讨。结合长三角地区的区位优势、产业特征与国际化需求，双方就课程衔接、师资共享、基地设施建设、质量保障及政策支持等关键环节充分交换意见。
During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth and pragmatic discussions on the feasibility of implementing cooperative projects such as academic degree programs and non-degree programs at the Suzhou Research Institute. Taking into account the geographical advantages, industrial characteristics, and internationalization requirements of the Yangtze River Delta region, the two sides fully exchanged views on key aspects including curriculum alignment, faculty sharing, base facility construction, quality assurance, and policy support.
王林高度评价了国际教育学院在来华留学教育领域取得的突出成就与特色品牌建设成效，并简要介绍了苏州研究院的发展定位、平台布局及其在服务地方经济社会、推动产学研融合方面的重点工作。他表示，苏州研究院将充分发挥长三角区域的区位与资源优势，希望与国际教育学院建立常态化合作机制，积极借鉴学院在来华留学教育与管理方面的先进经验，协力推动优质国际教育项目实现跨区域联动发展。
Wang Lin highly praised the outstanding achievements and distinctive brand-building efforts of the College of International Education in the field of international student education in China. He also briefly introduced the development orientation, platform layout of the Suzhou Research Institute, as well as its key tasks in serving local economic and social development and promoting industry-academia-research integration. He expressed that the Suzhou Research Institute would fully leverage the geographical and resource advantages of the Yangtze River Delta region, hoping to establish a regular cooperation mechanism with the College of International Education, actively learn from the college's advanced experiences in international student education and management, and jointly drive the cross-regional and coordinated development of high-quality international education projects.
本次交流成效显著，为后续合作奠定了坚实基础。未来，两院将进一步保持密切沟通，持续深化在项目设计、资源共享、质量监控、市场拓展等领域的协作，共同探索符合新时代要求、更高效可持续的国际化人才培养模式与管理体系，实现优势互补、共赢发展，携手为提升哈工大国际教育整体水平、服务国家对外开放战略作出新的更大贡献。
This exchange yielded remarkable results and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. In the future, the two institutes will maintain close communication, further deepen collaboration in areas such as project design, resource sharing, quality monitoring, and market expansion, jointly explore international talent cultivation models and management systems that are more efficient and sustainable to meet the requirements of the new era and achieve complementary advantages and win-win development. Both institutes will work hand in hand to make greater contributions to enhancing the overall level of HIT's international education and serving the country's opening-up strategy.
