（蒋爽/文）2025年12月12日下午，国际教育学院院长赵异肖率队赴本科生院，围绕国际学生招生、培养、管理与服务等关键议题举行“国际学生培养相关事项”专题研讨会。本科生院、国际教育学院相关负责同志及工作人员参加会议。
On the afternoon of December 12, 2025, Zhao Yixiao, Dean of the College of International Education, led a delegation to the Undergraduate College for a special seminar titled Matters Related to the Cultivation of International Students. The meeting focused on key issues such as the enrollment, training, management, and services for international students. Responsible officials and staff from both the Undergraduate College and the College of International Education attended the meeting.
研讨会聚焦国际学生培养全过程的关键环节。双方就非学历项目对接与规范化管理、学生管理规定的补充与完善、联合培养项目的可行性论证与质量提升路径等议题进行了务实深入的交流。会议明确，将协同优化管理流程，在宣传审核、系统支撑、制度保障等方面加强衔接；着力提升生源质量与培养实效，共同探索联合培养创新模式；系统推进英文课程资源建设与国情教育课程体系优化，为国际学生提供更优质的学习体验与发展支持。
The seminar focused on key stages throughout the international student cultivation process. Both sides engaged in practical and in-depth discussions on issues including the alignment and standardized management of non-degree programs, the supplementation and refinement of student management regulations, as well as the feasibility assessment and quality enhancement pathways for joint training programs. The meeting clarified that collaborative efforts will be made to optimize management processes, strengthen coordination in areas such as promotional review, system support, and institutional safeguards. It also emphasized the need to enhance both the quality of student recruitment and the effectiveness of training, jointly explore innovative models for collaborative education, and systematically advance the development of English-taught course resources alongside the optimization of the national conditions education curriculum system. These measures aim to provide international students with a higher-quality learning experience and enhanced development support.
此次会议进一步加强了国际教育学院与本科生院在国际学生培养工作中的协同联动。双方将持续深化沟通合作，着力破解管理服务中的难点问题，共同构建规范高效、特色鲜明、质量一流的国际学生培养体系，助力学校国际化人才培养。
This meeting further strengthened the collaborative synergy between the College of International Education and the Undergraduate College in the cultivation of international students. Both sides will continue to deepen communication and cooperation, focusing on addressing challenges in management and services, and jointly build a standardized, efficient, distinctive, and high-quality international student cultivation system. This effort will contribute to the university's mission of cultivating globally competent talent.
