为深化中俄地方教育合作，优化雅库特国际学生服务保障，2026年4月8日下午，俄罗斯萨哈（雅库特）共和国政府副主席鲍里索夫率团访问哈工大，并与28名雅库特国际学生代表座谈交流。俄罗斯联邦驻哈尔滨总领馆副总领事聂伟任、随员西里尔，国际教育学院副院长赵文及来华管理部相关负责人出席会议。
To deepen sub-national educational cooperation between China and Russia and improve support services for international students from Yakutia, on the afternoon of April 8, 2026, Mr. Borisov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of the Russian Federation, led a delegation to visit Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and held a discussion forum with 28 student representatives from Yakutia .Also present at the meeting were Mr. Nie Weiren, Deputy Consul-General of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Harbin, Mr. Kirill, Attache of the Consulate General, Zhao Wen, Vice Dean of College of International Education, and relevant officials from the International Student Administration Division.
座谈伊始，赵文副院长对鲍里索夫副主席一行表示热烈欢迎，并简要介绍了我校国际学生规模、生源国及雅库特在校生情况。她表示，学校高度重视与萨哈（雅库特）共和国的交流合作，目前已累计招收培养300余名来自该地区的优秀学生。
At the outset of the forum, Vice Dean Zhao Wen extended a warm welcome to Deputy Chairman Borisov and his delegation, and gave a brief introduction to HIT’s international student population, source countries, and current enrollment of students from Yakutia. She noted that the university highly values exchanges and cooperation with the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and has enrolled and educated more than 300 outstanding students from the region to date.
鲍里索夫副主席对哈工大的热情接待与对学生的悉心培养表示衷心感谢。他指出，萨哈（雅库特）共和国与中国及黑龙江省有着坚实的合作基础。哈工大作为中国顶尖高校，在工程科技、航天国防等领域享有全球声誉，希望更多雅库特学子在哈工大学习。
Deputy Chairman Borisov expressed sincere gratitude to HIT for its warm hospitality and dedicated support for students. He pointed out that the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) enjoys a solid foundation of cooperation with China and Heilongjiang Province. As a top university in China with a global reputation in engineering, science and technology, aerospace and national defense. He expressed that more Yakutian students can pursue their study at HIT.
交流环节中，鲍里索夫副主席亲切询问了学生们的学习感受、生活适应情况及未来发展规划，认真倾听了大家在专业学习、语言沟通、文化融入等方面的体会与建议。他表示，共和国政府将持续关注在华留学生的成长，并鼓励同学们珍惜在哈工大的宝贵时光，勤奋学习、锤炼本领，成为中俄文化交流的友好使者。雅库特学生们分享了在哈工大求学的充实经历，对共和国政府与哈工大的关怀与支持表示感谢。俄罗斯联邦驻哈尔滨总领馆副总领事聂伟任表示，将全力支持在校俄罗斯学子的学习与生活。
During the exchange session, Deputy Chairman Borisov cordially inquired about the students’ learning experiences, adaptation to daily life and future career plans, and listened carefully to their views and suggestions on academic studies, language communication and cultural integration. He stated that the republican government would continue to follow the development of its students studying in China, and encouraged them to cherish their precious time at HIT, study diligently, enhance their capabilities, and serve as goodwill ambassadors for cultural exchanges between China and Russia. The Yakutian students shared their fulfilling study experiences at HIT and thanked both the republican government and HIT for their care and support. Deputy Consul-General Nie Weiren of the Russian Federation in Harbin pledged full support for the study and life of Russian students at the university.
未来，国际教育学院将持续优化管理服务体系，深化对俄教育合作，着力培养具有全球视野的国际化人才，为推动中俄关系健康发展、续写两国青年友谊新篇章贡献哈工大力量。
Going forward, the College of International Education will further refine its management and service system, deepen educational cooperation with Russia, cultivate global-minded international talents, and contribute HIT’s efforts to advancing the sound development of China-Russia relations and fostering a new chapter of friendship between the youth of the two countries.
