近日，国家留学基金管理委员会正式发布《关于举办2026年“感知中国”中国政府奖学金生社会实践与文化体验活动的通知》（留金来管〔2026〕6号），哈尔滨工业大学2026年“感知中国”项目方案顺利通过专家评审，获得正式批复。
Recently, the China Scholarship Council officially issued the Notice on Holding the 2026 “Experience China” Social Practice and Cultural Experience Activities for Chinese Government Scholarship Students (Document No. 6, [2026] of CSC). The 2026 “Experience China” project proposal of Harbin Institute of Technology has successfully passed the expert review and received official approval.
本次高校项目获批名单中，我校申报的5个项目全部获批（1个项目获评A级，4个项目获评B级），充分彰显了我校在国际学生社会实践与文化体验活动组织方面的突出实力。
HIT has successfully obtained 5 approved projects among all approved ones from other universities (one was rated as Grade A and four as Grade B), fully demonstrating its outstanding capacity in organizing social practice and cultural experience activities for international students.
获批项目涵盖红色文化传承、海洋强国、科技创新、生态文明等多个主题，活动地点覆盖西安、威海、青岛、郑州、洛阳、开封及黑龙江省内多地，形式多样、内容充实，充分体现了“感知中国”品牌的社会实践与文化育人功能。
The approved projects cover a wide range of themes, including red cultural heritage, maritime power, technological innovation, and ecological civilization. They will be held in Xi’an, Weihai, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, and various sites within Heilongjiang Province. Diverse in form and rich in content, these activities fully reflect the social practice and cultural education functions of the “Experience China” brand.
未来，学校将依托“感知中国”平台，不断提升“留学哈工大”品牌影响力，培育知华友华国际人才，助力中外人文交流与教育对外开放。
