为帮助国际学生进一步了解在华升学与就业的发展路径，提升职业规划意识和综合竞争力，6月4日，国际教育学院举办了第二期国际学生就业指导活动。活动邀请了来自不同专业的三名优秀国际学生代表，围绕硕士申请、博士深造以及求职就业等主题进行经验分享，为在场同学提供了宝贵参考。
To help international students better understand academic and career development opportunities in China and strengthen their career planning and professional competitiveness,on June 4th,College of International Educationorganized the second session ofcareer guiding activity for international students. Three outstanding international students from different majors were invited to share their experiences in graduatesapplications, doctoral studies, and job hunting, providingvaluable referencefor fellow students.
2022级工商管理专业本科生赵美慧（CHHUN NORAPY）结合自身学习情况和申请经历分享了硕士研究生申请的准备工作和经验。她认为，良好的学习习惯是提升学业成绩的重要基础，还推荐同学们利用Bilibili、ChatGPT、MOOC以及知到等线上学习渠道拓展专业知识。在硕士申请阶段，她建议同学们尽早明确目标，合理规划时间，根据个人兴趣和发展方向选择适合自己的院校与专业。
CHHUN NORAPY, a 2022 undergraduate majoring in Business Administration, shared her preparations and experience of applying for master’s study by her own cases. She emphasized that developing strong study habits plays a key role in academic improvement and also recommended several online platforms such as Bilibili, ChatGPT, MOOC, and Zhidao to expand major-related knowledge. Regarding postgraduate applications, she encouraged students to identify their goals early, make reasonable plans, and choose universities and programs that align with their interests and future aspirations.

CHHUN NORAPY, Experience Sharing on Master’s Degree Applications
2023级航空宇航科学与技术专业硕士研究生孙星明（ZIN MIN KHANT）结合自身科研经历分享了博士申请及学术发展的相关经验。硕士期间，他发表了多篇SCI论文。他表示，科研能力的培养是一个长期积累的过程，需要保持持续学习和主动探索的态度。在科研实践方面，他鼓励同学们定期参加课题组讨论、积极与导师及实验室成员交流，为未来继续深造打下坚实基础。
ZIN MIN KHANT, a 2023 master’s student majoring in Aerospace Science and Technology, shared his experience in doctoral applications and academic development by his research work. During his master’s studies, MIN KHANTpublished several SCI papers. He noted that research competence is developed through long-term dedication, continuous learning, and proactive exploration. In research practice, he encouraged that regularly participating in group discussions and maintaining close communication with supervisors and laboratory members will lay a solid foundation for further studies.

ZIN MIN KHANT, Experience Sharing on Doctoral Degree Applications
2023级机械工程专业硕士研究生颜宇鈜（COMPUS GAN YU HONG）围绕在华求职与职业发展经历进行了分享。他结合自身求职实践，分享了面试技巧、跨文化沟通要点以及国际学生在华就业的相关政策和手续。他特别强调了中文语言能力对于国际学生更好融入职场环境的重要性，鼓励大家通过面试提升求职能力。
COMPUS GAN YU HONG, a 2023 master’s student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, shared his experience of job hunting and career development in China. Drawing on his own employment journey, he shared interview tips，key cross-cultural communication and policies and procedures related to employment for international students in China. He highlighted the importance of Chinese language proficiency, noting that strong communication skills can help international students integrate more effectively into the workplace and encourage everyone on site to boost job-seeking ability by attending interviews.

The event covered a wide range of topics that are highly relevant to international students, including further study planning, research development, and career application. Participants expressed that the sharing session helped them gain a clearer understanding of their future pathways and strengthened their confidence in planning their academic and professional development. In the future, College of International Education will continue to build platforms for communication and growth, providing international students with greater support in their studies, personal development, and career advancement in China.
