6月10日下午，国际教育学院“五洲之家”国际学生心理辅导站举办“悦享青春”主题心理团辅活动，组织中外师生一同体验趣味植物拓染手作。
On the afternoon of June 10, the “Home of International Love”psychological station of the College of International Education held a psychological group counseling activity themed “Enjoy Youth”, inviting teachers and students to experience the fun handicraft of plant pounding dyeing.
在动手操作环节，师生们精心挑选花叶素材，浸泡固色，创作图案，认真捶打拓印。现场气氛轻松愉悦，大家互相交流技巧、分享心得。创作完成后，参与者们纷纷踊跃展示自己的成品，一件件样式别致的拓染作品各具巧思。
In the hands-on session, teachers and students carefully selected natural leaf and flower materials, soaked them in alum water to fix natural colors, created unique pattern, pounded the textures carefully. The whole scene was filled with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, where participants exchanged practical skills and shared creative experience with each other. Upon completion, everyone actively displayed their finished works. Each unique piece presented ingenious ideas and distinctive natural textures.
本次活动将传统文化、手工实践与心理疏导融为一体。师生们在亲近自然、体验非遗技艺的过程中放松身心、舒缓压力，不仅收获了动手创作的快乐，也增进了彼此的交流与情谊。
This activity integrated traditional culture, hands-on creation and psychological counseling. While getting close to nature and experiencing traditional intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship, teachers and students relaxed their minds and relieved pressure. They not only gained happiness, but also deepened communication and friendship with each other.
