APU MD KAYSAR HAMID （中文名：江源）, 来自孟加拉国，哈尔滨工业大学机械工程专业硕士研究生，研究方向为软体机器人。在硕士研究生学习期间，他曾在校园招聘中获得多家公司offer，充分体现了其扎实的专业能力和较强的竞争力。目前，他已被哈尔滨工业大学录取攻读博士学位，并因其优异的学术表现和突出的科研潜力获得中国政府奖学金。
APU MD KAYSAR HAMID (Chinese Name: Jiang Yuan), from Bangladesh, is a master’s student majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, with a research focus on soft robotics. During his master’s studies, he successfully obtained employment opportunities through campus recruitment programs, demonstrating strong professional competence and competitiveness. He has got the admission notice to pursue a PhD degree at HIT and has been awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements and research potential.

My academic journey has been driven by dedication, discipline, and a deep passion for research. Achieving top academic performance strengthened my confidence and commitment to excellence. Alongside my coursework, I actively engaged in research, where I learned to ask meaningful questions, solve problems patiently, and contribute to scientific work with responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance.
除学业之外，在中国的学习与生活经历也深刻促进了我的个人成长。适应新的科研环境、文化氛围、语言体系、饮食习惯和生活方式并非易事，但这一过程使我变得更加坚韧、耐心和独立。通过参与中国文化体验、校园活动，以及与哈尔滨工业大学的老师、同学和国际学生建立友谊，我逐渐找到了归属感，也变得更加开放包容、坚毅自信，并具备了更强的全球视野。
Beyond academics, living in China has deeply shaped my personal growth. Adapting to a new research environment, culture, language, food, and lifestyle was challenging, but it made me stronger, more patient, and more independent. Through Chinese cultural experiences, campus activities, and friendships with teachers, classmates, and international students at HIT, I gradually found a sense of belonging and became more open-minded, resilient, and globally aware.
这些经历进一步锤炼了我的韧性，使我学会以耐心适应新环境，在挑战中实现自我成长，并以坚定的信心和明确的目标不断前行。
