7月6日，国际教育学院于神州揽月广场有序开展2026哈工大夏季短期汉语培训项目迎新报到工作，顺利迎来多国国际学子入校学习，开启全新的暑期汉语研修之旅。本次哈工大夏季短期汉语培训共迎来来自32个国家的1300余名国际学生齐聚哈工大，沉浸式体验中文学习与校园文化。
On July 6, the College of International Education conducted well-organized welcome and registration procedures for the 2026 HIT Short-term Summer Chinese Language Training Program at Shenzhou Lanyue Square. The college successfully welcomed international students from multiple countries to campus, kicking off their brand-new summer Chinese learning journey.
This summer short-term Chinese training program of HIT has attracted more than 1,300 international students from 32 countries to Harbin Institute of Technology, who will immerse themselves in Chinese language studies and campus culture.
迎新现场秩序井然、氛围热烈，学院全体教职工以饱满的热情、严谨的态度投入迎新工作，细致对接每一位国际学生。中外学生志愿者充分发挥多语种服务优势，主动上前引导咨询、讲解报到流程，耐心解答学生在学习、住宿、校园生活等方面的各类疑问，为新生入校报到提供全方位、精细化的暖心服务，有效提升了报到效率。
The registration site was well-organized and filled with a warm atmosphere. All faculty and staff of the school carried out the work with enthusiasm and rigorous professionalism, providing dedicated services to every international student. Chinese and international student volunteers leveraged their multilingual capabilities to offer on-site guidance, explain registration procedures, and patiently answer questions concerning studies, accommodation and campus life. Their thoughtful and all-round services greatly boosted the efficiency of the registration process.
本次夏季短期汉语培训项目迎新报到工作秉持高效便捷、暖心育人的“一站式”服务理念，精心设置专属迎新报到处，整合优化报到流程。学生可在现场一次性完成信息登记、费用缴纳、住宿信息核验、签证手续办理、入学分班测试等全流程业务办理，真正实现“一次到场、全部办结”，极大简化了新生报到流程，切实提升了入学体验。
The welcome and registration service for this summer short-term Chinese language training program adheres to the one-stop service philosophy featuring high efficiency, convenience and caring student support. A dedicated registration area was elaborately set up with streamlined and optimized admission procedures. Students can complete all admission procedures in one single stop on site, including information registration, tuition payment, accommodation verification, visa formalities and placement tests. This truly realizes the goal of finishing all procedures in one visit, greatly simplifying the new student registration process and significantly improving their enrollment experience.
