假期将至，根据学校统一安排，现将放假时间及有关要求通知如下：
As the holidays are approaching, in accordance with the school-wide arrangements, we hereby notify you of the holiday schedule and relevant requirements:
一、中秋节、国庆节放假时间及相关安排
Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday Arrangements
2026年9月25日（星期五）至27日（星期日）放假；10月1日（星期四）至7日（星期三）放假调休，本科生课程停课。9月20日（星期日）、10月10日（星期六）正常执行第三周星期日和第六周星期六的课程安排。
Holidays will run from Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27, 2026, and from Thursday, October 1 to Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (with compensatory work/study adjustments). Undergraduate classes will be suspendedduring these periods. Classes scheduled for Week 3 Sunday and Week 6 Saturday will take place as normal on Sunday, September 20 and Saturday, October 10 respectively.
若学院、学部有其他课程或考试安排，请以学院、学部具体通知为准。
Should your school or department arrange additional classes or examinations, please follow the specific notice issued by your school or department.
二、学生放假有关要求
Holiday Requirements for Students
1. 注意个人卫生，勤洗手，房间勤通风。
Observe good personal hygiene: wash your hands often and keep your rooms well-ventilated.
2. 严禁在宿舍房间使用超负荷的违规电器，不可在宿舍楼内吸烟。离开住所或宿舍时，注意关好门窗，保管好贵重物品，关闭水、电、气，注意防火。
The use of over-powered or unauthorized electrical appliances in dormitory rooms is strictly prohibited, and smoking is forbidden within dormitory buildings. When leaving your accommodation or dormitory, close doors and windows securely, keep valuables safe, turn off water, electricity and gas supplies, and stay alert to fire hazards.
3. 如有外出或离开哈尔滨的计划，请提前向辅导员报备。
If you plan to travel or leave Harbin, please report your plans to your counsellor in advance.
如学生更换在哈尔滨的住所，请及时办理住宿登记并在辅导员处更新信息，请不要瞒报、漏报。
If you change your place of residence within Harbin, complete accommodation registration promptly and update your information with your counsellor. Do not withhold or omit any relevant information.
外出期间，随时保持手机通讯畅通，遇到紧急情况时及时与辅导员联系。关于医疗保险问题，请咨询保险公司，联系电话：4008105119（提供中英双语服务）。
While travelling, keep your mobile phone switched on and accessible. Contact your counsellor immediately in case of an emergency. For medical insurance enquiries, please contact the insurance company at 4008105119 (Chinese-English bilingual service available).
严守中国法律，不得非法打工；不涉毒、不吸毒；不参与非法传教及非法宗教聚会等活动；禁止酗酒滋事，禁止打架斗殴。
Abide strictly by Chinese laws. Do not take up illegal employment. Stay away from all drugs: do not possess or use drugs. Illegal proselytizing and unauthorized religious gatherings are forbidden. Drunken misconduct and physical altercations are prohibited.
注意交通安全，不乘坐非法运营车辆，乘车途中注意保管好自身财物；自觉遵守交通规则，坚决杜绝无照驾驶、酒后驾驶等违法行为；驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，严格按照《道路交通安全法》规定的限速行驶。
Pay close attention to traffic safety. Do not board unlicensed commercial vehicles and safeguard your personal belongings while travelling. Obey traffic regulations and never engage in illegal acts such as unlicensed driving or drink-driving. When riding an electric bicycle, you must wear a helmet and observe the speed limits stipulated in the Road Traffic Safety Law.
4. 防范诈骗，不轻易相信陌生人，切勿向陌生人转账汇款。
Guard against fraud. Do not readily trust strangers and never transfer money to unknown persons.
