2026年9月15日17:30，为进一步夯实国际中文教学质量，助力新教师快速适应课堂教学，国际教育学院来华培养部2026年秋季学期语言教师教学交流分享会于2H 151教室顺利举办。来华培养部主任栾永顺出席本次会议，语言教学组长常赫、李轶帅、裴莹老师做经验分享，全体新教师到场参会学习。
At 5. 30 p.m. on September 15, 2026, the Department of Education and Teaching, College of International Education successfully hosted the 2026 Autumn Teaching Exchange and Sharing Session of Language Teachers in Classroom 151 of 2H Building. Luan Yongshun, Director of the Department of Education and Teaching, attended the meeting. Chang He, Li Yishuai and Pei Ying, group leaders of language teaching units, delivered experience-sharing presentations. All the new teachers of the department participated in the session for learning.
会上，三位教学组长结合我院近二十年国际中文培训项目办学积淀，围绕项目培养目标、课程层级设置、教学特色、课堂管理规范展开宣讲，系统梳理综合、读写、听力、口语四类初级课型标准化课堂实施流程，提供可直接参照的课堂实操范式。参会教师立足一线课堂实际，围绕课堂节奏把控、学情处理、操练设计、跨文化沟通等现实教学困境开展交流，现场氛围热烈。
At the meeting, the three group leaders shared experiences of the international Chinese language training programs of the School’s recent two decades. They delivered presentations covering program training objectives, curriculum level design, teaching features and classroom management standards. The speakers systematically outlined standardized classroom procedures for four types of elementary courses: comprehensive, reading & writing, listening, and speaking, and offered practical classroom models ready for direct reference. Drawing on frontline teaching practice, participating teachers exchanged ideas on real-world teaching challenges including classroom pacing, learner performance management, drill design and cross-cultural communication. The session was conducted in a warm and dynamic atmosphere.
本次分享会发挥老教师传帮带作用，聚焦课堂实际，是常态化线上备课之外的有效补充，为青年教师提供成熟教学参考，帮助新教师少走弯路，更快站稳讲台。栾永顺主任作总结讲话，充分肯定本次教研活动的价值，希望全体教师充分用好本次会议形成的资料和经验，勉励新教师树立课堂自信，严肃课堂纪律，积极吸收借鉴老教师经验，立足对外汉语教学原则与培养目标，以学生为中心优化教学计划，建立学生学情台账，加强有效交流与沟通，做好正向引导。
The sharing session exemplified the mentorship of senior teachers. Focused on real classroom scenarios, it served as an effective complement to regular online lesson preparation. It provided young teachers with proven teaching references, helping new teachers avoid common pitfalls and quickly establish themselves in the classroom.Director Luan Yongshun delivered closing remarks. He fully recognized the value of this teaching research activity and encouraged all teachers to make good use of the materials and experiences gained from the session. He urged new teachers to build confidence in classroom delivery, uphold strict classroom discipline, and actively learn from senior colleagues. Grounded in the principles and training objectives of international Chinese education, teachers should optimize student-centered lesson plans, maintain student learning records, strengthen effective communication, and offer positive guidance.
后续，来华培养部将持续搭建、畅通各类教学交流渠道，凝聚教师团队合力，不断提升国际中文教学质量水平，促进学院来华留学教育健康稳定发展。
Moving forward, the International Student Training Department will continue to build and diversify channels for teaching exchange, foster cohesion within the teaching team, steadily improve the quality of international Chinese language instruction, and promote the sound and stable development of international student education at the School.
