近日，我院2025级巴基斯坦籍硕士研究生MUHAMMAD KHALID（穆罕默德·哈立德）以第一作者身份在国际化学领域顶级期刊《Coordination Chemistry Reviews》发表论文《Photothermal CO₂ Conversion Using Two-Dimensional and Porous Framework Materials: An Energy-Cascade Analysis of Mechanistically Complementary Catalysts》，影响因子高达25.6。
Recently, MUHAMMAD KHALID, a2025-intake Pakistanimaster’s student, has published a paper as the first author in Coordination Chemistry Reviews, a top international journal in the field of chemistrytitledPhotothermal CO₂ Conversion Using Two-Dimensional and Porous Framework Materials: An Energy-Cascade Analysis of Mechanistically Complementary Catalysts, and the journal boasts an impact factor of 25.6.
该生师从帅永教授团队成员RAFIQUE MUHAMMAD（那奇）教授，目前在航空航天热物理研究所，主要研究方向为光热催化二氧化碳转化、先进催化材料及可持续能源技术。得益于导师的悉心指导与鼓励，哈立德的首篇论文通过七位审稿专家严谨细致的同行评审，一次性见刊顶刊。哈立德表示，在国际高水平学术期刊发表论文既是一次充满挑战的经历，也是一个令人欣慰的成长里程碑。
Supervised by Professor RAFIQUE MUHAMMAD, a team member of Professor YONG SHUAI’s research group, Khalid conducts his research at the Institute of Aerospace Thermophysics, focusing on photothermal catalytic CO₂ conversion, advanced catalytic materials and sustainable energy technologies. His first academic paper, under the careful guidance and encouragement of his supervisor, passed rigorous and thorough peer review by seven reviewers and was accepted on the first submission. Khalid shared that publishing in a high-level international academic journal has been a challenging yet rewarding milestone in his academic journey.
在科研学习之余，哈立德积极参与各类校园文化交流与志愿服务。作为巴基斯坦文化交流使者，他在2026年第六届国际文化嘉年华活动中通过音乐表演展示了巴基斯坦的文化魅力。同时，作为哈工大全媒体团队的核心成员，他发挥摄影特长，积极参与多项哈工大青年志愿活动，用镜头记录丰富多彩的校园生活。2025-2026学年，哈立德以其优异的学术成绩和活动表现获得哈尔滨工业大学国际学生先进个人荣誉称号。
Beyond research, Khalid actively takes part in campus cultural exchange activities and volunteer services. As a cultural ambassador for Pakistan, he presented the charm of Pakistani culture through musical performances at the 6th International Cultural Carnival in 2026. He is also a core member of the HIT All-Media Team. Leveraging his photography skills, he joins a wide range of HIT youth volunteer activities and captures the vibrant campus life with his camera. For the 2025–2026 academic year, Khalid was awarded the title of Outstanding International Student of Harbin Institute of Technology for his outstanding academic performance and active engagement in extracurricular activities.
在哈立德看来，真正的成功不仅体现在学术成果上，更体现在个人成长、对社会的贡献以及为他人带来的积极影响。他希望自己的经历能够激励更多国际学生勇敢追求学术梦想，积极把握哈尔滨工业大学提供的多元发展机会，在不断探索与挑战自我的过程中，成长为更优秀的自己。
He believes that true success lies not only in academic achievements but also in personal growth, contributions to society and the positive influence one brings to others. He hopes his experience can inspire more international students to pursue their academic dreams bravely, seize the diverse development opportunities offered by HIT, and strive for self-improvement through continuous exploration and self-challenging.
